The International Cricket Council (ICC) is the global governing body of cricket. It was founded in 1909 and has its headquarters in Dubai. The ICC has 104 members, including 10 Full Members that play Test matches and Associate/Affiliate members. The ICC is responsible for organizing major international cricket tournaments like the Cricket World Cup and sets the rules of the sport.
