So when I thinkaboutbusiness, it’seasytothinkthis: Countries in Europe are geographicallyclose, it’seasytotravel and we share laws, markets, similar cultures and a commonlanguage: English… weonlyneedtomakeanefforttoworktogether
Weallknowinterestingthings are happening in different places. Of course in Berlin, and also in Paris, London, Brussels, Amsterdam, Madrid…. and more thanwehaven’tdiscovered
Wewanttoconnectthisdotsand create a real networktomakeEuropeanentrepreneurs and companiesworktogether. We can share ourresources, provideservicesbetweenus, have more ideas ordiscover new talent… and of courseincreaseour local marketto a muchbiggerone.
And whenthisnetworkiscreatedwe can then show Europeanbusinessestotheworld, likeaninnovative and talentedarea.
EspeciallyfromSpainwe can show toLatinAmericawhatweall do… they are emergenteconomies and peoplethatrespectourtradition and the“European” brands.

I’m Wilhelm Lappe and I’mspending 2 weeks in Berlintogettoknowwhat’s happening withentrepreneurship and businesseshere.Thisis a new projectand thisisthefirst time I talkaboutit in public; wewanttoconnectentrepreneurs and companiesaroundEurope and help/havethemworktogether.
the Biz Tour is starting, and these are our next steps:Collect interesting information, projects, blogs and people. Discover the talent and select the best ideas and resources.Spread this information, to make the people be curious about what’s happening in EuropeOrganize local events but with European vision, showing projects from other countries and discussing about our common problems.Lastely we would like to organize the tour… first from a city to another, visiting all the interesting cities around Europe, and in a second step joining people from different places in a point and start a tour to several cities.
This tour will be a unique training program, valued for companies and their employees, amazing for entrepreneurs and a good opportunity for unemployed people. We will train people in the way to do business in each place… using English as the common language in order to be involved in a real foreign working environment. Explaining about the culture, what must or must not be done, the kind of things that worry us all when visiting a new countryOrganize specific workshops about the best of each city. Everyone has an industry that is “the star” maybe ecommerce or mobile app in Berlin, social media and networks in Spain…Organize private events with our “tourists” and local people and attend local events to join their communityAlso we will match the profiles of the people on tour and the “residents” to make them discuss in 1 to 1 meetings about new business opportunities. And of course, we will organize activities to enjoy the city and have time to relax, think and dream
What we need now:join new partners: coworking spaces, local organizations, local government agencies, hotels…We also need local ambassadors to show us the best of the place and help organizing local events and act as hosts during the tour.We will bootstrap, but Why not? we also welcome fools or business angels that can help us with contacts, knowhow and of course money to make us grow faster
Our objetive istolearn and discoverduringthewinter, organize local events, createthestructureweneed…and be herenextspringwithourfirst tour… so seeyousoon!
