The research brief summarizes findings from in-depth research and analysis of the current marketing and communication efforts of Charis Worship Center Ministries (CWCM). Personal interviews with CWCM leadership and a review of materials revealed issues with internal and external communication, opportunities to strengthen CWCM's brand and focus outreach, and ideas for developing a comprehensive marketing strategy to support CWCM's future growth.
