1. INTERNAL CUSTOMER FEEDBACK
The following is feedback from my internal customers regarding various High Performance initiatives
that I facilitated or co-facilitated, including individual profile assessments and feedback sessions,
workshop facilitation, coaching journeys or shorter coaching interventions:
Hi,
I just thought I would acknowledge what you did for me personally at our feedback session last week
Friday. My thoughts and behaviour around different issues both work related and in my personal
space have never been the same. I have a more positive outlook and I believe more than ever that I
can make things happen.
I am starting to think most sports men and women more speciality after having recovered from an
injury can use this staff to get back into the game– this is powerful beyond measure.

Hi Adele,
With the roll out of JOLT within the Account Management team in JHB I have seen a significant
positive change in the teams way of “doing things” in that the mindset of our team members have
changed towards moving forward and understanding that change is inevitable. JOLT has assisted the
team to adapt to change to achieve our business objectives.
The JOLT sessions have equipped the team in both personal and business needs. From a client
service perspective, it has expedited the team to work towards our vision and philosophy; i.e.

The impact on myself personally has made me reflect more intensely and has made me more aware
of certain behaviour that I would never have paid attention to before. Focusing on the I and taking
accountability for me shortcoming and doing something about it for me and for the benefit of the
greater business by improving the me as the person and how I would focus on others behaviour and
not my own and understanding better how I as an individual might create negative perceptions about
me by my behaviour.
In essence for me it has brought me closer to me peers and just the willingness for us all to open up
and be honest with each other has brought us closer as a team.

3. Becoming aware of my blind spots in life through Adèle's coaching and mentoring, caused me to
