Our standard approach is to conduct a “Needs Analysis Workshop”.
Needs Analysis Workshops are used to identify the strengths and
opportunities of the business and to identify those areas that can benefit
from our assistance.
Following the initial assessments, we will submit a fee proposal. Our
proposals include a performance guarantee and an agreed outcome.
Typically, we deliver at least 3-5 times our
fee in annualised savings.
