o a.1 Quarterly Grades per Grade Level in all Learning Areas
-Quarterly Grades are low due to low comprehension
 ACTION TAKEN
 Remedial classes as indicated in their classroom program for those struggling readers;
 Upskilling teachers with the 21st teaching strategies and least learned competencies through LAC sessions;
 Orientation on the importance of parents and teachers’ partnership during General Assembly Meeting;
 Enhancing the learning space at home through Parenting Orientation;
 AGREEMENT/ WAYS FORWARDED
 Strict implementation of the conduct of remedial classes.( Noontime habit)
 Conduct LAC session once a month indicating the topic in the least learned competencies and learning
strategies;
 Home visitation and parents Orientation /meeting as need arises.
