MÁRCIO VASCONCELOS
10 years in the philanthropic sector. At
Avina Foundation (8 years) he was manager
of Technology for Social Change area,
Coordinator of Latin American Civic
Innovation Fund (US$ 2.3 million and 20
projects). At Porticus (2 years) coordinated
as consultant the pilot "Democracy, Citizen
Empowerment and Technology in Latin
America" (US$ 2 million and 24 projects).
THIAGO RONDON
An entrepreneur who works to transform
business and political organizations
through the use of technology. He is
currently CEO at EOKOE, which supports
organizations in exploring new markets
using cutting edge technology and in
APPCÍVICO that works with politicians,
governments and civil society for tech-
based positive impacts.

ÁLVARO TEÓFILO
He has worked in the Brazilian financial market in the last 20 years in
leading positions of Cyber Security and Fraud Prevention. Acted as
Business Information Security Officer of Citigroup Brasil, CSO of Caixa
Seguradora and Grupo Santander and Superintendent of Security and
Fraud in Banco Original. He is currently Director of Digital Identity
Solutions at Tempest Security Intelligence, one of the references in cyber
security in Brazil. He studied Innovation at Harvard Business School and
graduated from Carnegie Mellon University in the Global Leadership
course at Cyber Security.
ANA GUERRINI
Master in Latin American Studies at the University of Oxford and PhD in
Information and Knowledge Society at the Universitat Oberta de
Catalunya. Experienced in urban planning and democratic and effective
public policies management, using participatory processes, transparency
and technology and data. Today she is Head of Public Policy and
Research at 99 and works with governmental organizations, civil society
and academia in initiatives to transform urban mobility.

9. FERNANDA CAMPAGNUCCI
She is a journalist and master in education from the University of São
Paulo (USP). She is an analyst of public policies and governmental
management at São Paulo City Hall, with projects on transparency, public
integrity and civic technologies since 2013. She coordinates "Pátio Digital",
an open government initiative of the Municipal Department of Education.
She is an Open Government Fellow of the Organization of American States
and a member of Open Data Institute’s Open Data Leaders Network.
Enthusiast of free and open source technologies and diversity in the world
of technology.

CLAUDIA PIRES
Postgraduate in Marketing at Berkeley, with an MBA in Business and
another in Sustainable Management. 20-year experience developed in the
Marketing, Business Management and Sustainability areas of well-known
multinationals such as PepsiCo, Quaker, Dana and Basf. Made special
projects to Santander Bank, Grupo Pão de Açucar, Natura, Nestlé,
Heineken and Brasil Kirin. Founded so+ma in January 2015. In 2017 was
recognized as the professional who best represented ODS 12 (responsible
consumption and production) of the UN agenda for 2030 with the Abraps
Award and “Virada Sustentável.

10. RICARDO ABRAMOVAY
Ricardo Abramovay is a Senior Professor in the Environmental Science
Program at IEE/USP. He joined the Department of Economics at FEA/USP in
1983, where he was a Full Professor since 2001. He is the author of
"Paradigms of Agrarian Capitalism in Question" (ANPOCS Prize), Far Beyond
the Green Economy and co-author of Zero Garbage - Management of Solid
Waste for a more Prosperous Society (Sustainable Planet), among other
books. He is currently working on the relationship between sustainable
development and the digital revolution.

GABRIELA AGUSTINI
Founder and Executive Director of Olabi (makerspace of experimentation
in electronics, robotics, design, 3D printing) that helps institutions to
design programs linked to the democratization of innovation tools.
Professor of culture and technology at Candido Mendes University, curator
of Colaboramerica event, board member of Global Innovation Gathering.
Co-organizer of book collection "De Baixo para Cima" on digital culture
and society transformation. She was UNESCO consultant in the area of
innovation and creativity. She has recently traveled through more than 20
countries of the 5 continents working on projects and speaking on events
related to the universe of innovation, technology and entrepreneurship.

11. SANTIAGO SIRI
Founder of Democracy Earth Foundation (non-profit dedicated to build
incorruptible digital civic tools) backed by leading seed venture Y
Combinator. Founder of Partido de la Red (the first digital political party
to run for elections). Partner of Bitex.la, a leading bitcoin fintech company
in Latin America. Published 'Hacktivismo' in 2015 with Random House. Co-
founded Argentine Game Developers Association. World Economic Forum
member. In 2007 founded Popego, a pioneer big data lab bought by boo-
box (Brasil) in 2011. Was a founder member of Three Melons (bought by
Disney). Contributed in radio and TV.

RODRIGO LEÃO
Founding partner of Casa Darwin communication agency and Professor
of Marketing MBAs, International Executive and International MBA of FIA
(Fundação Instituto de Administração). He made his advertising career
with clients such as Itaú, Bombril, Sadia, Folha de S. Paulo, Grendene,
Melissa and Banco Safra, among others. He also worked as a journalist
and columnist for Folha de S. Paulo, Metro, Meio & Mensagem, Capricho,
Trip, Bizz Magazine and Pais & Filhos. He is composer of themes of soap
operas and music of successes with the band Skank and the "Clube do
Balanço". As a writer, he received the São Paulo State Government
Incentive Prize for the short film "O Cavalo". He is a member of the
Council of the Cultural Shock Institute of Art and Education.
