Through technical innovation and design thinking, the main objective of this phase is to 
research dive deep in the reality of the customers and final users in order to identify opportunities. 
ideation 
A multidisciplinary team will gather the information generated in the research phase and put 
the ideas on the table, so we can design models and solutions, identify opportunities and 
threats. Then we generate commercial proposals, viability analysis and proofs of concept. 
In this phase the project begins to take form, but still as a prototype where we can optimize 
costs and make validations in order to know whether what was proposed in the first stage 
was really consistent with the reality of the customer and users. 
The assessment tells us if we are on the right track. In addition, it helps us find new problems 
to solve and feasible solutions if necessary. We believe that by understanding contexts, we’re 
able to deliver a product, service or process actually sized to the customer.
