  1. The construction industry is changing! There has been more innovation within out industry in the last 5 years then over the last 2 or 3 decades! Why? Because we attracting diverse talent – with diverse backgrounds, education and professions! Bringing the brand to life through videos
  2. 5 seconds – If innovation is an outcome, then PEOPLE innovate!
  3. 10 seconds – When talk about people, we are really talking about creating a culture of innovation. A change in culture starts with a change in human behavior. Once our behaviors begin to change over time to form habit or work, our attitude changes. And when the behavior and attitude of people start changing, it leads to a change in culture.
