The Earth! 4th planet of the solar system and suppose to be only planet that supports lives which makes it the most unique and separate from rest of the planet but that doesn't mean other planet are less. Every planet has its own unique character that makes it different. Exactly in a same way we are 7.6 billion i.e 7,600,000,000 people heads breathing, walking, talking, working in the Earth, just like those nine planets with there on uniqueness we are humans with our own complex body mechanism and functions. No doubt we all belong to same species but we too differ in our genetic makeup, response, appearance, emotion, expressions, voice, culture, traditions, response to diseases, fingerprints, our cuisine, personality trait, rituals, dressing, habits, hobbies, mental ability etcetera. So the question here is why there is same medical technology, medical approach, and same medical protocol for every human being We will totally agree with the fact that we all are different in one way or the other and our body needs and demands vary from person to person still there no change in the treatment procedures. As we are advancing with our lifestyle so as the diseases, and our approaches are making those causative agents more and more resistance which is helping to adapt with the new environment. This brings the need of individualising the technology to every extent possible using the medico social and psychological approach. So that we'll be able eradicate not just the symptoms but the disease in whole. Dry cupping therapy and the wellness management of health travelersLucyPi1
Abstract Objective: Individuals travel locally and internationally in order to find alternative treatments which are less-toxic and more beneficial to their health and wellness. Despite the popularity of the western system of medicine, cupping therapies are gaining enormous attention in Pakistan as a system of traditional and complementary medicine to ensure the quality of life and wellness notions of the people. The present study aims to examine the effectiveness of dry cupping therapy (DCT) on the health, wellness, and quality of life preferences of health-seeking travelers in a sample of Faisalabad. Methods: DCT was performed for 15 - 20 minutes on subjects by using 3 - 5 disposable cupping glasses. Study participants filled the questionnaires before and after DCT interventions. Partial least square structural equation modeling technique is used in order to statistically analyze the data. Results: A total of 187 subjects participated in two DCT interventions at Coural Wellness Center Faisalabad and provided their final responses after 30 days from 2nd DCT. Respondents’ perceptions of their physical feelings were generally found in a significantly positive and direct relation with DCT and health status (HS), i.e., body pain (β = 0.019), vitality (β = 0.138), and bodily movement (β = 0.207). This trend was observed in the psychological feelings of respondents as well, i.e., emotional feelings (β = 0.169). DCT significantly mediated the overall phenomenon and variance account for values were found between 20% and 80 % for all the study constructs. The scores of all the health and wellness items on the questionnaire were significantly improved in 79.68% of studied participants after 1st and 2nd DCT interventions except for social functioning. Conclusion: Findings of the present study suggest that DCT has an important role in determining the health perceptions and HS of health travelers without potential side-effects. It can improve the health and overall quality of life of the people by positively influencing their physical and psychological health perceptions. It additionally leads to improve travelers’ emotion, behavior, and other daily matters.

While In contrast, is their really enough antidotal evidence that suggest complementary and alternative medicine is more effective then mainstream medicine in the treatment of cancer? There is supported evidence that when remedies are properly used in homeopathic care, specific remedies have reversed the growth of cancer. Various forms of homeopathic therapy allow the patient to take control of their health while making small manageable changes without the huge cost. Alternative therapies open new options for patients without harmful side-effects. The interest in preventative health has encouraged society to explore outside of the mainstream field of medicine and the options of various therapies are now being considered. Is it possible for Homeopathic remedies to be the future treatment and care for cancer?

The relationship is on a continuum of mutuality where both walk step-by-step on the journey to healing (Koopsen and Young, 2009).
Historical events
Samuel Hahnemann noted the description of a remedy made from "Peruvian Tree Bark" (Cinchona) (Cuellar, 2006. p. 79). Hahnemann’s “The Organon of Medicine” was published from first edition in eighteen ten, and “The Organon of the Healing Art” in nineteen twenty-one which enhanced the influence of homeopathic theory significantly. Chronic Disease
Chronic illnesses refer to those illnesses that are usually not fully recovered from them once a person has them. (Burkholder, Nash, 2014). Chronic conditions can remain for life, it is important for those affected by them to understand their condition and related care in order to achieve the highest quality of life. Grant Proposal-Assessing the role of stigma towards mental health patients in help seeking
Study problem
There are several studies that have shown that stigmatization towards mental health patients have been present throughout history and even despite the evolution in modern medicine and advanced treatment. For example, Verhaeghe et al., (2014), captures in a publication in reference to a study that he conducted that stigmatization towards mental health patients has been there even as early is in the 18th Century. People were hesitant to interact with people termed or perceived to have mental health conditions.
Stigmatization has resulted from the belief that those with mental problem are aggressive and dangerous creating a social distance (Szeto et al., 2017). Also, mental health-related stigma has become of major concern as it creates crucial barriers to access treatment and quality care since it not only influences the behaviour of the patients but also the attitude of the providers hence impacting help-seeking. Timmermann, Uhrenfeldt and Birkelund (2014), have identified stigma as a barrier that is of significance to care or help seeking while the extent to which it still remains a barrier have not been reviewed deeply. Therefore, this study will assess the role contributed by stigma in help seeking in depth. 1. Purpose
The intention of the research study is to review the association between stigma, mental illness and help seeking in order to formulate ways in which the stigma that is around mental health is done away with to enable as many people suffering from mental health complications to seek medical help.2. Background
Mental health is crucial in every stage of life. It is defined as the state of psychological well-being whereby the individual realizes a satisfactory integration instinctual drive acceptable to both oneself and his or her social setting (Ritchie & Roser, 2018). The status of mental health influences physical health, relationships, and most importantly day-to-day life. Mental health problems arise when there is a disruption in mental well-being.
The risk factors to mental health problems are not limited and therefore everyone is entitled to the problem irrespective of gender, economic status, and ethnic group. For example, data shows that in America one out of five individuals experience mental health problems annually; with mental disorders being recognized as the leading cause of disability not only in the United States but also globally (Ritchie & Roser, 2018). Mental health disorders are seen to be complex and of many forms such as anxiety, mood, and schizophren.

Cultural and Health Belief Systems
A worldview refers to an extensive and comprehensive outlook on life, reality and the universe. A worldview can be cultural, philosophical, liberal or even religious (Malham, 2017). It shapes an individual's perspective on existence and trickles down to their daily activities and beliefs. It is indicative of a person's view point, attitudes and beliefs. An individual's worldview is also the nucleus of their cultural identity which is characterized by their beliefs, assumptions, values and attitudes, all derived from the socialization process in a specific cultural context. This is to say that a client's cultural belief system refers to theories either based on culture or ethnicity that determine the way the client understands and structures their attitudes, health or otherwise. A cultural belief system is therefore a configuration of thoughts, notions, concepts and ideas in which their components are brought together by some form of functional reliance or interdependence (Daenikindt, de Koster, & va der Waal, 2017). Lastly, a paradigm refers to one of the components making up a worldview of cultural belief system. I could be a notion, theory or thought.
The magico-religious health belief system is based on a belief in supernatural or magical forces existing in the natural environment. Under this perspective, everything, including health and illness is in the hands of supernatural powers such as God or gods (De Angulo & Losada, 2017). Treatment can be by indigenous healers and is as a result of the influences of the supernatural forces. In the scientific/biomedical paradigm, however, no supernatural forces dominate. It focuses on solely on biological or physical components and processes excluding all others such as social and environmental influences. Under this paradigm, health and illness are under human control. Its characterized by determinism, mechanism, reductionism and objective materialism. Lastly, it stresses on medical or pharmacological approaches to treatment, approaches which essentially target abnormalities in biological processes (De Angulo & Losada, 2017). The holistic paradigm, unlike the scientific model asserts that all components/elements of a client's life, be they social, physical, environmental, emotional, psychological and subjective have a bearing on their health. It is based on the laws of nature which require a balance of all the mentioned concepts. Lastly, every component is functionally important or has a role to play in an individual's health. Their ...

Research question: “Does self-disclosure of the therapist improve eating disorder treatment.”
Hypothesis: Self-disclosure of the therapist improves eating disorder treatment.
Information On Research
The key variables for this research are self-disclosure of the therapist and eating disorder treatment. This research will focus on online research whereby participants will be recruited from an eating disorder charity database. The participants will be asked about the status of their condition and how they feel about having the disorder. The neutral condition will be that the therapists will disclose their sexuality and their feelings towards the patients’ conditions and personality (Marziliano, Pessin, Rosenfeld, & Breitbart, 2018).
Process of Study
The study will continue for two months with the therapists making contact with the participants once every week. These conditions will form the independent variables. The dependent variable would be participants continued to receive positive self-disclosures from the therapist leading to a greater level of patient self-disclosure, which lowered their shame, and encouraged the participants to continue with the treatment process. The participants will also be asked if they have been involved in any treatment before, and how they could describe their therapeutic alliance (Fuertes, Moore, & Ganley, 2018).
A longitudinal study and the rate of drop-out will be used to gather more information about the participants. The collected data will then be analyzed in relation to the independent variables by the end of the study. One of the ethical issues, which will be looked into while conducting the study, is informed consent. Participants will be informed about the purpose of the research and will have the right to participate or not participate in it. Secondly, the research will ensure the privacy and confidentiality of every participant.
Annotated Bibliography:
Secrecy and concealment are typical behaviors in individuals with eating problems. In the article titled “ Self-Disclosure in eating disorders,” researchers examined women with greater related eating issues and determined whether or not, these women would be willing to disclose information. In this study, different types of disclosure were calculated considering the body appearance of the individual and to restrained eating. This article would benefit my research because it provides great information that will confirm my theory and test my hypothesis.
Abstract 1.
Those who suffer from eating disorders are very emotional beings. Often times, some may not feel a need to express their need to not eat foods. Many women become self-conscious about their weight and find it hard to share th.

The Impact of Digital Media on the Decentralization of Power and the Erosion ...ijtsrd
The impact of digital media on the distribution of power and the weakening of traditional gatekeepers has gained considerable attention in recent years. The adoption of digital technologies and the internet has resulted in declining influence and power for traditional gatekeepers such as publishing houses and news organizations. Simultaneously, digital media has facilitated the emergence of new voices and players in the media industry. Digital medias impact on power decentralization and gatekeeper erosion is visible in several ways. One significant aspect is the democratization of information, which enables anyone with an internet connection to publish and share content globally, leading to citizen journalism and bypassing traditional gatekeepers. Another aspect is the disruption of conventional media industry business models, as traditional organizations struggle to adjust to the decrease in advertising revenue and the rise of digital platforms. Alternative business models, such as subscription models and crowdfunding, have become more prevalent, leading to the emergence of new players. Overall, the impact of digital media on the distribution of power and the weakening of traditional gatekeepers has brought about significant changes in the media landscape and the way information is shared. Further research is required to fully comprehend the implications of these changes and their impact on society. A Study on the Effective Teaching Learning Process in English Curriculum at t...ijtsrd
“One Language sets you in a corridor for life. Two languages open every door along the way” Frank Smith English as a foreign language or as a second language has been ruling in India since the period of Lord Macaulay. But the question is how much we teach or learn English properly in our culture. Is there any scope to use English as a language rather than a subject How much we learn or teach English without any interference of mother language specially in the classroom teaching learning scenario in West Bengal By considering all these issues the researcher has attempted in this article to focus on the effective teaching learning process comparing to other traditional strategies in the field of English curriculum at the secondary level to investigate whether they fulfill the present teaching learning requirements or not by examining the validity of the present curriculum of English. The purpose of this study is to focus on the effectiveness of the systematic, scientific, sequential and logical transaction of the course between the teachers and the learners in the perspective of the 5Es programme that is engage, explore, explain, extend and evaluate. The Role of Mentoring and Its Influence on the Effectiveness of the Teaching ...ijtsrd
This paper reports on a study which was conducted to investigate the role of mentoring and its influence on the effectiveness of the teaching of Physics in secondary schools in the South West Region of Cameroon. The study adopted the convergent parallel mixed methods design, focusing on respondents in secondary schools in the South West Region of Cameroon. Both quantitative and qualitative data were collected, analysed separately, and the results were compared to see if the findings confirm or disconfirm each other. The quantitative analysis found that majority of the respondents 72 of Physics teachers affirmed that they had more experienced colleagues as mentors to help build their confidence, improve their teaching, and help them improve their effectiveness and efficiency in guiding learners’ achievements. Only 28 of the respondents disagreed with these statements. With majority respondents 72 agreeing with the statements, it implies that in most secondary schools, experienced Physics teachers act as mentors to build teachers’ confidence in teaching and improving students’ learning. The interview qualitative data analysis summarized how secondary school Principals use meetings with mentors and mentees to promote mentorship in the school milieu. This has helped strengthen teachers’ classroom practices in secondary schools in the South West Region of Cameroon. With the results confirming each other, the study recommends that mentoring should focus on helping teachers employ social interactions and instructional practices feedback and clarity in teaching that have direct measurable impact on students’ learning achievements. Design Simulation and Hardware Construction of an Arduino Microcontroller Bas...ijtsrd
This study primarily focuses on the design of a high side buck converter using an Arduino microcontroller. The converter is specifically intended for use in DC DC applications, particularly in standalone solar PV systems where the PV output voltage exceeds the load or battery voltage. To evaluate the performance of the converter, simulation experiments are conducted using Proteus Software. These simulations provide insights into the input and output voltages, currents, powers, and efficiency under different state of charge SoC conditions of a 12V,70Ah rechargeable lead acid battery. Additionally, the hardware design of the converter is implemented, and practical data is collected through operation, monitoring, and recording. By comparing the simulation results with the practical results, the efficiency and performance of the designed converter are assessed. The findings indicate that while the buck converter is suitable for practical use in standalone PV systems, its efficiency is compromised due to a lower output current. Sustainable Energy by Paul A. Adekunte | Matthew N. O. Sadiku | Janet O. Sadikuijtsrd
Energy becomes sustainable if it meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. Some of the definitions of sustainable energy include the considerations of environmental aspects such as greenhouse gas emissions, social, and economic aspects such as energy poverty. Generally far more sustainable than fossil fuel are renewable energy sources such as wind, hydroelectric power, solar, and geothermal energy sources. Worthy of note is that some renewable energy projects, like the clearing of forests to produce biofuels, can cause severe environmental damage. The sustainability of nuclear power which is a low carbon source is highly debated because of concerns about radioactive waste, nuclear proliferation, and accidents. The switching from coal to natural gas has environmental benefits, including a lower climate impact, but could lead to delay in switching to more sustainable options. “Carbon capture and storage” can be built into power plants to remove the carbon dioxide CO2 emissions, but this technology is expensive and has rarely been implemented. Leading non renewable energy sources around the world is fossil fuels, coal, petroleum, and natural gas. Nuclear energy is usually considered another non renewable energy source, although nuclear energy itself is a renewable energy source, but the material used in nuclear power plants is not. The paper addresses the issue of sustainable energy, its attendant benefits to the future generation, and humanity in general. Paul A. Adekunte | Matthew N. O. Sadiku | Janet O. Concepts for Sudan Survey Act Implementations Executive Regulations and Stand...ijtsrd
This paper aims to outline the executive regulations, survey standards, and specifications required for the implementation of the Sudan Survey Act, and for regulating and organizing all surveying work activities in Sudan. The act has been discussed for more than 5 years. The Land Survey Act was initiated by the Sudan Survey Authority and all official legislations were headed by the Sudan Ministry of Justice till it was issued in 2022. The paper presents conceptual guidelines to be used for the Survey Act implementation and to regulate the survey work practice, standardizing the field surveys, processing, quality control, procedures, and the processes related to survey work carried out by the stakeholders and relevant authorities in Sudan. The conceptual guidelines are meant to improve the quality and harmonization of geospatial data and to aid decision making processes as well as geospatial information systems. The established comprehensive executive regulations will govern and regulate the implementation of the Sudan Survey Geomatics Act in all surveying and mapping practices undertaken by the Sudan Survey Authority SSA and state local survey departments for public or private sector organizations. The targeted standards and specifications include the reference frame, projection, coordinate systems, and the guidelines and specifications that must be followed in the field of survey work, processes, and mapping products. In the last few decades, there has been a growing awareness of the importance of geomatics activities and measurements on the Earths surface in space and time, together with observing and mapping the changes. In such cases, data must be captured promptly, standardized, and obtained with more accuracy and specified in much detail. The paper will also highlight the current situation in Sudan, the degree to which survey standards are used, the problems encountered, and the errors that arise from not using the standards and survey specifications. Towards the Implementation of the Sudan Interpolated Geoid Model Khartoum Sta...ijtsrd
The discussions between ellipsoid and geoid have invoked many researchers during the recent decades, especially during the GNSS technology era, which had witnessed a great deal of development but still geoid undulation requires more investigations. To figure out a solution for Sudans local geoid, this research has tried to intake the possibility of determining the geoid model by following two approaches, gravimetric and geometrical geoid model determination, by making use of GNSS leveling benchmarks at Khartoum state. The Benchmarks are well distributed in the study area, in which, the horizontal coordinates and the height above the ellipsoid have been observed by GNSS while orthometric heights were carried out using precise leveling. The Global Geopotential Model GGM represented in EGM2008 has been exploited to figure out the geoid undulation at the benchmarks in the study area. This is followed by a fitting process, that has been done to suit the geoid undulation data which has been computed using GNSS leveling data and geoid undulation inspired by the EGM2008. Two geoid surfaces were created after the fitting process to ensure that they are identical and both of them could be counted for getting the same geoid undulation with an acceptable accuracy. In this respect, statistical operation played an important role in ensuring the consistency and integrity of the model by applying cross validation techniques splitting the data into training and testing datasets for building the geoid model and testing its eligibility. The geometrical solution for geoid undulation computation has been utilized by applying straightforward equations that facilitate the calculation of the geoid undulation directly through applying statistical techniques for the GNSS leveling data of the study area to get the common equation parameters values that could be utilized to calculate geoid undulation of any position in the study area within the claimed accuracy. Both systems were checked and proved eligible to be used within the study area with acceptable accuracy which may contribute to solving the geoid undulation problem in the Khartoum area, and be further generalized to determine the geoid model over the entire country, and this could be considered in the future, for regional and continental geoid model. The Roman Empire A Historical Colossus.pdfkaushalkr1407
The Roman Empire, a vast and enduring power, stands as one of history's most remarkable civilizations, leaving an indelible imprint on the world. It emerged from the Roman Republic, transitioning into an imperial powerhouse under the leadership of Augustus Caesar in 27 BCE. This transformation marked the beginning of an era defined by unprecedented territorial expansion, architectural marvels, and profound cultural influence.
The empire's roots lie in the city of Rome, founded, according to legend, by Romulus in 753 BCE. Over centuries, Rome evolved from a small settlement to a formidable republic, characterized by a complex political system with elected officials and checks on power. However, internal strife, class conflicts, and military ambitions paved the way for the end of the Republic. Julius Caesar’s dictatorship and subsequent assassination in 44 BCE created a power vacuum, leading to a civil war. Octavian, later Augustus, emerged victorious, heralding the Roman Empire’s birth.
Under Augustus, the empire experienced the Pax Romana, a 200-year period of relative peace and stability. Augustus reformed the military, established efficient administrative systems, and initiated grand construction projects. The empire's borders expanded, encompassing territories from Britain to Egypt and from Spain to the Euphrates. Roman legions, renowned for their discipline and engineering prowess, secured and maintained these vast territories, building roads, fortifications, and cities that facilitated control and integration.
The Roman Empire’s society was hierarchical, with a rigid class system. At the top were the patricians, wealthy elites who held significant political power. Below them were the plebeians, free citizens with limited political influence, and the vast numbers of slaves who formed the backbone of the economy. The family unit was central, governed by the paterfamilias, the male head who held absolute authority.
Culturally, the Romans were eclectic, absorbing and adapting elements from the civilizations they encountered, particularly the Greeks. Roman art, literature, and philosophy reflected this synthesis, creating a rich cultural tapestry. Latin, the Roman language, became the lingua franca of the Western world, influencing numerous modern languages.
Roman architecture and engineering achievements were monumental. They perfected the arch, vault, and dome, constructing enduring structures like the Colosseum, Pantheon, and aqueducts. These engineering marvels not only showcased Roman ingenuity but also served practical purposes, from public entertainment to water supply.

that are thought to be linked to certain mutations in our
DNA.
Individualisation: Medical Approch (Homeopathy):-
The concept of disease in homeopathy is disease due to total
affection of mind and body. Mind and body are dynamic and
complexly interlinked; each one influencing the other and
acting together. Neither mind nor body falls ill individually.
Now we are start learning that prolongemotionalstress(too
much desire, anger, greed, pride, jealousy, suspicion, etc.)
can lead to upset stomach, difficulty digesting food, poor
nutrient absorption, sleeplessness, weakenimmunesystem,
etc.
The emotional state closely relates to endocrine glands and
nerves, which influence over the working of the physical
body.
Thus, homeopathy medicine is as psycho-somatic medicine
and is excellent for psycho-somatic diseases such as
Migraine, Asthma, Peptic ulcer, Allergy,Ulcerative colitis, etc.
Individualisation: Medical Approach (Ayurveda):-
Ayurveda, the traditional Indian medicinal system remains
the most ancient yet living traditions with sound
philosophical and experimental basis. It is a science of life
with a holistic approach to health and personalized
medicine. It is known to be a complete medical system that
comprised physical, psychological, philosophical,ethical, and
spiritual health. In Ayurveda, each cell is considered to be
inherently an essential expression of pureintelligencehence
called self-healing science.
In addition, to the self-healing concept, the use of herbal
treatment is equally important in this Indian traditional
system of medicine.
Individualisation: Social approach:-
Although physicians are just beginning to see the promise of
genetic medicine coming to fruition and can’t hide their
excitement for the technology, the patients are asking for
personalized care: a holistic approach that considers an
individual’s physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. This
perspective considers psychological, religious, and ethical
challenges that may arise as the precision of preventive
medicine improves.
Understanding current areas of potential conflict between
religion and medicine can be informative when anticipating
the public’s concerns regarding personalized medicine. The
most extreme conflict currently is between the medical
community and churches that reject modern medicine, such
as the Indiana-based Faith Assembly and the Christian
Science Church. Personalized medicine will not be relevant
to these individuals as they reject most medical
assistance. The majority of the estimated 172 children who
died between 1975 and 1995 because prayer was used in
lieu of medical care were from such churches.Anothergroup
of people who may challenge personalized medicine are
those who question evolution and, by association, genetics.
In a June 2008 Pew Forum poll, 45% of Americans rejected
evolution as the best explanation of theoriginsofhumanlife.
Population genetics, which will form the basis for much of
the scientific advances in personalized medicine, relies on
certain tenets of heredity that stem from evolutionary
biology. As such, certain religious groups may reject
personalized medicine, while the majority of patients and
physicians are likely to continue to accept the technologies
while distancing themselves from the theoretical
foundations. Atheists may viewillness asastatisticallybased
combination of genetic and environmental factors, while
believers of certain religions mayviewillness aspunishment
or a test of faith by a higher power, as illustrated in the story
of Job. Many Pentecostal andCharismaticChristiansenvision
Satan as the author of sickness and Christ as their healer; in
this framework, they view spiritual and physical healing as
complementary rather than conflicting. Although the
majority of religious institutions, including Roman Catholic
and conservative Protestant churches, havebeensupportive
of DNA-based research and diagnostics, this view could
change if personalized medicine appears to conflict with the
sanctity of human life.
Individualisation: Medico-Social Approach:
Indians have been keepingtrack of theirDNA line, knowingly
or unknowingly, through the GOTRA tracking system. In
most of tribes and religions two people from same kula or
gotra are not allowed to marryas they are considered to be
sharing same ancestors and some similarities in the genetic
sequences, in a way if we see the reason is very scientific
that’s because according to genetic science the parents who
are close relatives and siblings are like to be give birth to a
child who are mentally retarded, suffer from variousgenetic
conditions, and like to show grater mutation in the genetic
makeup which leads to various deformities. So as toavoidall
this; from very ancient time Rajgurus have kept the track of
gotra.
This tracking of DNA line can significantly help in
individualising medicines based on the GOTRA of an
individual.
Individualisation: Psychological approach:-
The biggest challenges in implementing these concepts
would be the most difficult task as there are many ruler
areas where the basic accesses to healthcarefacilityisstilled
believed to be taboo, people believe more on tantras, black
magic, shamans for thir cure. These is due to lack of
awareness, and also the mentality of people under the
pressure of there elders or in the name shake of age old
practices.
Implementing personalized medicine will require attention
to psychological issues already encountered by genetic
counsellors and physicians. Before genetic testing was
possible, 60%–75% of individuals at risk for Huntington
disease indicated that they would undergo testing, butwhen
a test became available only 3%–21% opted to be tested. In
cancer where positive genetic testing could encourage
women or their daughters to participate in vigorous
screening or pre-emptive surgery (such as mastectomy),
testing is not universally accepted. Even among insured
women with recently diagnosed breast cancer, a significant
number (approximately 20%–30%) refuse genetic testing
proper psychological counselling is very important for
individualisation. Understanding the patient will make the
medicines holistic, personalised and effective. Also, making
the patients connect to themselves will make the medicine
much more effective as a person in peace produces minimal
level of stress hormone and make the medicine work with
least hindrance.
