6. Options and Solutions
International entrepreneurs can invest in their business or
other businesses in the United States to obtain Permanent
Residency Visas for their family under the EB-5 Immigrant
Investor Visa.

research company STR believed that demand for lodging
was on the rise and that "The 6.6 percent increase in hotel
demand projected for year-end 2010 marks the single
highest annual demand increase in more than 20 years." In
addition, the U.S. Travel Association predicted that total U.S.
travel expenditures by U.S. residents would increase
between 4 and 5 percent annually through 2013, reaching
$749.8 billion. International visitors were expected to spend
$129 billion in travel to and within the United States, up from
$94.2 billion in 2009.

investment , minimum $50,000 that will go into an escrow
account in your name. Pay $5,000.00 as fist installment of
attorneys fees plus other charges for notary services,
translation fees and appraisal of your real estate if needed.

• We accept the remaining 90% of your
investment into escrow. You pay second
phase of legal fees. $5,000 and consulting
fees of $5,000 to assist in the negotiation and
purchase of US property.
• Upon purchase of property, you pay third
installment of legal fees, $5,000 and
consulting fees, $10,000.

• We submit EB-5 case with form I-526 to USCIS, you
pay filing fees of 1,435 plus $450 for shipping and
other costs. (2-9 months)
• I-526 is approved, you pay fourth installment of legal
fees, $5,000, we send application to the National Visa
Center (NVC) (2-3 months)
• US Consulate issues conditional Immigrant visa
(Greencard) good for 21 months in the mail.
