10. COMMERCIAL TERMS
Our terms for providing recruitment support would be as below:
 Candidates with 0 to 5 years of experience - 8.33% of annual CTC
 Candidates with 5+ to 8 years of experience - 10% of annual CTC
 Candidates with 8+ to 10 years of experience - 12.5 % of annual CTC
 Candidates with 10+ years of experience - 15 % of annual CTC
The above is worked on the basis of actual ‘Cost to Company’ as offered to the
 Candidate at the time of joining.
 Service Tax as applicable from time to time.
 All the details of the open positions to be communicated through e-mails by the client.
 India Consulting Group guarantees that all information obtained in the course of a assignment would be
kept strictly confidential. We expect our clients to respect all information of confidential nature as
provided by us.
 The invoice would be raised the next day of the candidate joining duty. The fees is
 payable within 7 days after candidate completes one month period with the Organisation. All the
payments are to be released by A/c Payee cheque, in favour of ‘Live-in Space Corp Serve Pvt. Ltd.,’
 India Consulting Group will undertake to make available a free suitable replacement if a candidate leaves
within 3 months of joining the Organisation.
