Interaction is a social strategy used in active methodologies and collaborative
learning, since we’re social beings by nature; interaction becomes the perfect
setting for communication, so teachers need promote interaction between students
in order to help them succeed.
INTERACTION AND COLLABORATIVE WORK
The collaborative work promotes interaction because students need to communicate
with others for solving problem task or give any personal point of view.

Well we can say that the result of collaboration is the socialization, in other words
interaction, since it doesn’t only promote language development but also fosters the
development of social skills which are necessary to operate successfully in any
culture.

EXAMPLE OF SPEAKING ACTIVITY: “Likes and Dislikes”
In groups of 4, students ask and answer about preferences: colors, school subjects,
kind of music, sports and then they report their findings to the class.
Interesting topic for engage students in conversations.
Students' varyied English languageability.
Choose the best kind of interaction in order to improve objective of the class.
Timing the interaction, it will depend on the topic's extent or difficulty and
students' ability .
Design an assessment tool to evaluate students' performance
Create or design materials in order to conect them with students' linguistic and
cultural resources.
