Increasing IP Financing Activities Exploiting Wireless Patents
Patents can be used as collateral to secure a loan from a bank. Recent wireless patent research of security
agreement in the USPTO’s assignment data base uncovered the increasing financing activities exploiting wireless
patents as the recognition of wireless patents’ value is increasing (ref. http://www.slideshare.net/alexglee/wireless-
