Dupa cum se poate intelege din poza, PM-ul stressor are ca prieteni de nadejde MS Project & cofeina – sau in alte cuvinte este un singuratic.
FACILITATOR
Pe de alta parte PM-ul facilitator iasa cu precadere la lumina – dar nu in lumina reflectoarelor – la inceputul unui proiect, cand trebuie adusi toti stakeholder-ii in scena. Ca un scenograf veritabil, PM-ul facilitator, pregateste scena, fara ca el sa ajunga pe scena in timpul spectacolului.
PM-ul facilitator are in vedere atat ce trebuie livrat, cat si cum. Isi doreste ca deciziile, care trebuie luate in proiect, sa fie cele mai bune, dar nu poate indruma inspre acolo. In schimb poate organiza lucrurile, care sa ajute sa se ajunga la o decizie. Aceasta s-ar intampla cam asa:
PM-ul facilitator este caracterizat de detasare si neutralitate, nefiind afectat indiferent de ce directie ia proiectul. PM-ul facilitator este perceput ca cineva, care vrea sa ajute, dar care e limitat de faptul ca nu stie suficient de multe lucruri.
Cum am mentionat deja, in lumea filmului si a teatrului un astfel de PM ar corespunde scenografului, care organizeaza tot ceea ce trebuie, pentru ca scena care urmeaza, sa se poata derula fara probleme.
INFLUENTATOR
Daca PM-ul influentator ar fi in sedinta din exemplul anterior, s-ar deosebi prin faptul ca n-ar fi doar organizator al sedintei, ci s-ar implica in discutie, cunoascand suficient de bine contextul pentru a indruma spre decizia optima. Modul in care PM-ul influenator faciliteaza sedinta se bazeaza pe o viziune, fiind constient ca activitatile proiectului fac parte dintr-o imagine de ansamblu complexa; imagine pe care o intelege.
