*A training workshop for sustainable energy system transition
process for DESIRE project related to European Funded
projects (Erasmus+) was held between November(1st -11th),
2017 at the University of Jordan ,School of Engineering
,mechanical Engineering department by Dr. Thomas fink
From Wuppertal institute and Dr.Luay Qoaider from German
Jordanian University by coordination with Prof. Ahmed Al-
Salaymeh From University of Jordan.
* This workshop divided to 4 sessions, each session talk
about specific topics in Energy systems.

6. Summery of main Subjects given in the workshop
1- challenges faced by Carbone based economies and
understanding negative impacts of fossil fuel‘s in the context
of sustainable development renewable
2- energy technologies and introduction of technologies and
highlighting the benefits of technology implementation with
regard to socio-economic dimensions energy market the
structures and stakeholders with understanding typical
Energy
3- market structures centralized system approach tendencies
and recent trends in renewable energy dominated

7. 4- market structures energy system transition process and
about theoretical pack of ground of the multi level perspective
MLP approach challenges face.
5- energy system transition process energy transition phase
model and I didn’t figuration of transition phase is to
understand drivers and barriers for achieving next(
identification of roadmaps).
6- energy market transaction experiences and about using
Germany as example for illustrating the complexity of the
energy system transition process.

12. Training Workshop on November 19, 2017
- A training workshop for writing and management of
European Funded projects (Erasmus+) was held on
November 19th, 2017 at the conference room of Prince
Hussein College for the International Studies, organized by
the Accreditation and Quality Assurance Center in
coordination with Prof Ahmad Al-salaymeh Erasmus+
projects coordinator at the University of Jordan with
attending of (40) participants from different faculties at UJ for
training and improving skills of writing and managing European
projects (Erasmus+ ) .
