Implementation Assistance

We propose you to configure OpenERP yourself with our implementation assistance
service in 6 phases, described in the next slides.

We provide you an online OpenERP instance to configure it easily. Once the
configuration fits your need, you can choose between:
• Use Online
• Use on-site on your own server

The configuration process may take between 15 to 30 days.
✔
At the end of the implementation we propose you to choose between:
• Online on demand (SaaS) solution including:
o A functional support trough livechat
o A technical support bugfixing, backups recovery system.
o A migration contract

• Onsite solution with the possibility to take:
o One year assistance contract : 5h00 phone/livechat/email support
o The Open Publisher Warranty contract including bugfixing, migration
and security alerts.

1/ Needs Analysis

A call will be planned with your project manager to analyse your
needs and propose solutions based on OpenERP official
modules.

At the end of this call, we will provide you:
• The list of modules to install
• A series of advices to setup the application according to your needs
• The list of menus you will have to configure and an explanation on
how to configure each of them.


2/ Online Training


Trainings are provided online as a series of webinars of two
hours each:
• One hour presentation of the feature your need
• One hour questions/answers on your needs

We will also provide you:
• The OpenERP books related to your need
• An implementation tutorial
• Screencasts of webinars for specific needs


3/ Configuration


You do the configuration of OpenERP according to our advices and
list of menus to configure. We help you by providing phone and
livechat support.

Once you will have configured the different objects, your project
manager will check your configuration of the system and will
improve with you what's not clean enough.


4/ Customization (optional)


We offer you three types of customization.

5/ Importation (optional)


We can help you migrate your data from your existing application
to OpenERP.

According to your need, our project manager will define templates
of different extensions files to be imported in OpenERP. You will
be responible of exporting your data from your existing
application to these templates of different extensions files.

Our project manager offers you support but can not do the work.
We also provide custom services for more complex importation
on demand.


6/ Maintenance


In order to efficiently work together, the whole configuration process is
made on an OpenERP online instance we have setup for you. Once
your instance is ready, you can choose to use it online or install it on
your own server.

• Use Online: our online offer (39€ user*month) includes full
maintenance, support, backups & migrations.
• Use On-Site: we will provide you a one year support contract
(phone, email or chat in the application) and the OpenERP
Publisher Warranty (bugfixing, migrations, security alerts)

Our project manager can help you deploy OpenERP on your own server.


Pre-requisites from the client


Pre-requisities

The client must:
• Select am internal project manager responsible for the
implementation and the training of the end-users
• This project manager must book between 5 and 10 days for the
configuration of OpenERP

If you selected to import data automatically in OpenERP,
please ensure that:
• You are able to export data from your current application yourself in
Excel or .CSV files.
•
✔
We need to get the availabilities of your project manager so
that we can propose your an implementation planning.
