This study explores the supplementation practices among fitness trainers in Istanbul, focusing on their experiences with products that enhance recovery and endurance. Using a mixed-methods approach, it reveals that trainers commonly utilize branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs), whey protein, creatine, pre-workout supplements, and L-carnitine to support their performance and recovery. Furthermore, the findings emphasize the critical role of these supplements in enabling trainers to sustain high training volumes and improve their overall fitness.
