L'elaborato di tesi si propone di presentare un nuovo e rivoluzionario modo diconcepire il marketing, la comunicazione e le strategie di interazione con i consumatori.Partendo da una configurazione economico-psicologica dei comportamenti deiconsumatori in fatto di scelta, sono passato ad analizzare le nuove strategie dibusiness di successo, nonché i casi aziendali di fama mondiale. Il punto diincontro tra i due diversi studi, mi ha portato a formulare una nuova teoria dicomunicazione e promozione, fondendo la “Prospect theory” con il “paradigmadi Easterlin”, il tutto, legato dalle teorie di “guerrillia marketing” e dagli studimoderni di Seth Godin.Ho intriso le strategie di “marketing 3.0” del professor Kotler e le “5 P” diGodin nella psicologia cognitiva di Kahneman e Tversky, ricavandone unapotente arma di persuasione, che va a toccare la parte del cervello decisiva perle scelte, il subconscio. Studiando le possibili mosse del cliente come in ungioco a rovescio, ho cercato di presentare un Business Plan che fosse in gradodi soddisfare anche i bisogni più reconditi del consumatore senza che neavesse la consapevolezza di averne necessità.Il mio progetto, ha lintento di muovere le emozioni generate nel cliente afronte di imprimere nella mente un ottimo ricordo, parte fondamentale per lacomparazione e base essenziale per la concorrenza. Questultima più che sulmercato, si vince nella testa dei consumatori. Questo potente mezzo diimpressione a livello cerebrale deve essere innescato dal cosiddetto effettosorpresa che tende a destabilizzare il consumatore e tutti i suoi “bias”.Infine, intendo presentare una campagna promozionale e pubblicitaria checoinvolga e che interagisca con il consumatore al fine di ridisegnare un serviziosempre più “su misura” e sempre più strabiliante. In a tight labour market, job-seekers gain bargaining power and leverage it into greater job quality—at least, that’s the conventional wisdom.
Michael, LMIC Economist, presented findings that reveal a weakened relationship between labour market tightness and job quality indicators following the pandemic. Labour market tightness coincided with growth in real wages for only a portion of workers: those in low-wage jobs requiring little education. Several factors—including labour market composition, worker and employer behaviour, and labour market practices—have contributed to the absence of worker benefits.
