This document outlines an activity to help participants recognize and develop three important types of identity skills: self-identity, link-identity, and individual identity. The activity involves three parts: 1) having participants introduce themselves in 20 seconds to practice self-identity, 2) forming teams and creating slogans to demonstrate link-identity, and 3) having team members describe others blindfolded to guess identities and practice individual identity skills. The goals are to help participants understand the importance of these identity skills and learn how to develop them.

1. Identify skills
Nowaday,Identify is very important. Because you are not alone in social, you must
communicate, make connection to make sure that you exist. There are many type of
identify skill but there are three type that important to make you exist: Self-identify,
Link-identify and invidual identify.
Group size: 9 or more
Objectives: -To help particitant recognize three important type of identify

Main Activities
Who you are? In 20s
Target: All participants understand the important of self-identify and know how to
train.
Equipments: -Paper
-Pen, pencil, crayon
Step:
1. Participants have 2 minutes to think about what they want to show to others( maybe
strenth, weakness, dream or anything they think that make them special in others).( write
down or not)
2. Tell them that they only have 20s to show then give them 1 minutes to filter and draw a
thing may be a symbol,an alphabel, a draw or anything that can show all of the information
that they filter above.
3. participants start introduces in 20s
4. explain the important of self-identify that make you more confident
Who we are?
Target:All participants know how to identify a team and the important of link
Step:
1. Random participants to 3 or more group
2. Explain the differents between group and team is a link( a short connection from people to
people) that make a team is
3. Give them 2 minutes to discuss out their link and make slogan to transform a group to a
team then show to others.
Who they are? In 10s

2. Target: All participants know the way to identify people.
Equipments: -Silk
Step
1.Random 3 or more participants depend on number of team, blindfold them by a silk or any
way that make sure they can’t see others.
2. Each team describe the participant choseb by other team to the blindfold member of their
team. The descrition is not including Name or position of him/her in the room, just about
externals and the information that him/her show out in activity one.
3. The blindfold member have 10s to guess the name for each describe turn. The activity
over when all blind fold guess the right name or give up.
4. Explain the important of remember name of other and show them the reason why they
make a wrong call. Cause there is too much infomations about a person and they must not
only remember one but also many. So they much choose the most special fearture
impressed by other.

Equipments:- Speaker
Step:
1. All participant mill around to a circle
2. Turn on any song,The coach make a funny move in a circle then all participants do the
same move.
3. After 3 move the coach call a name of any participant then that participant make a new
move for circle and other need to identify who is that name and follow by. Participant who
make wrong move will be eliminated from the circle.
4. The activity end up when the song end or the number of participant in the circle less than
the number of team.
