Warm-up exercises: RELAXATION AND BREATHING EXERCISES
3 - 5 minutes for each exercise
"Shaking": Spread out through the room, stand with your feet
apart, let your arms hang by your body. First start shaking your
hands, then speed up the shaking and gradually start shaking your
arms and shoulders as well. You can then slow the shaking again.
Try feeling how your entire body is shivering. Repeat the exercise

Who are my friends?
Think of everyone who could help you reach your goal: potential
partners, sponsors, investors or sympathisers? Who must know

My fitness?
Which traits will help you and which will hinder you: what can you

How do I prepare myself for this?
Which negative traits must you eliminate before you start your
journey: Which negative traits must you eliminate in order to avoid
obstacles? What must you correct to be able to use the help from
the stars?
Which of the required things do I already possess?
Think about the things needed for the performance of each
individual assignment: Equipment: what do I need, how much of it
