Yes I could have done it and in fact I was not very willing to give up my job as it gave me confidence
and money together. As I didn’t had a quality alternative to learn management and my job could
have taken at least 10 years to make me understand management, I opted for regular Management
education.
Do
He seemed happy but when I asked him about his past then he said it could have been better if was
able to continue his job. He seemed a little tense at that moment when he was telling me about his
job.
Think and feel
I think he could have avoided regular course of management if he could have got better alternatives
to regular course. What I felt was that he wanted to learn quality management. It was not necessary
for him to go for a regular course. I am going to focus on candidates who are in the job and want to
learn quality management education while continuing his job.
Problem Statement
The stakeholder wants to learn quality management education while continuing his job because he
does not want to give up his job.
