Practical Idea
The Best Possible Practical Idea to solve this
problem is to have good office infrastructure
with flexibility at work. Work should be fun to
deliver good results. Flexibility in terms of
work hours, office attendance etc. While
offering Flexibility we should ensure discipline
too. Discipline should reflect in timely
meetings , reviews, funnel management and
order closings.
Disruptive Idea
• The best disruptive idea I feel is to make each
and every employee a stake holder in the
company by giving them some sort of
shares/stock of the company. This will ensure
them to work for the start up and makes
them to take ownership in making the
company successful. This will have huge
impact when an employee feels he is the part
of the company rather than just an employee.
Favorite Idea
• My favorite idea would be providing everything that is
possible to the employee that he needs. May it be a
beautiful car, house, children education or holiday. The
employee should feel that he is taken care in all
aspects. Even though giving the company stocks is a
very good idea which makes employee feel proud and
owner but sometimes it may lead to a situation where
he/she may feel there is no life beyond company work.
So provide all facilities, emanates and company stock
to make the employee a complete happy person who
works for you all the time and deliver the desired
results.
