3. What is Google Drive?
Google Drive is a cloud storage service that allows you
to store files online and access them from anywhere.
It's a free service with 15GB of storage space, but users
can purchase more storage if needed.
Google Drive is integrated with other Google products,
such as Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Slides, so users can
easily share files with others and collaborate on projects.
4. How to Organize Files and Folders
● Use folders to group your files
together
● Give your folders descriptive
names
● Organize into Folders and Sub
Folders
● Colour-Code your Folders
● Try a Numbering System
● Add Emoji and Special Characters
● Use the star system to mark
important files.

● Saved website links for quick access.
● Save time by clicking, not typing.
● Click "bookmark" button, click bookmark to revisit.
