This case report describes the treatment of a 16-year-old patient with fluorosis and post-orthodontic white spot lesions. The treatment involved a combined approach using micro-abrasive slurry containing 15% HCl and pumice powder to selectively pre-treat deep fluorotic areas, followed by resin infiltration using the HCl gel from the infiltration kit. This combined approach was used to improve the results of infiltrating the fluorosis, as using infiltration alone was deemed difficult given the initial situation. After treatment, the whitish opaque spots were significantly improved, camouflaging the fluorosis and post-orthodontic decalcifications.
