Dominion Energy (USA) Agrees to Sell Gas Transmission, Storage Assets to Berkshire Hathaway Energy-- Strategic
Repositioning Toward 'Pure-Play' State-Regulated, Sustainability-Focused Utility Operations
Dominion Energy announced that it has executed a definitive agreement to sell
substantially all of its Gas Transmission & Storage segment assets to an affiliate of
Berkshire Hathaway Inc. in a transaction valued at $9.7 billion, including the
assumption of $5.7 billion of existing indebtedness. Dominion Energy expects that
up to 90 percent of its future operating earnings will come from its portfolio of
best-in-class electric and natural gas state-regulated utility companies centered
around five key states: Virginia, the Carolinas, Ohio, and Utah. Retained non-state
regulated utility operations, most notably a 50 percent passive and unlevered
interest in Cove Point — a bidirectional LNG facility in Maryland — and the
company's zero-carbon nuclear and solar contracted generation fleet, represent
high-quality, long-term contracted, regulated-like assets with virtually no direct
commodity exposure. The Gas Transmission & Storage segment will be eliminated
from Dominion Energy's future reporting and operating structure. Dominion
Energy's retained interest in Cove Point will be reported under the Contracted
Generation operating segment. The company will also retain its investments in
renewable natural gas, earnings from which will be reported in Gas Distribution
segment results.

Duke Energy (USA) invests more than $240,000 in programs to build energy
industry workforce in South Carolina
The Duke Energy Foundation has awarded more than $240,000 in grants to five South
Carolina organizations focused on building and enhancing strategic engineering
initiatives that will help grow the energy industry’s workforce of tomorrow.
The grants were awarded to the following organizations:
• Associated Industries of South Carolina Foundation: In partnership with the S.C.
Chamber of Commerce, the funding will help build a mobile skilled-trades workshop
that will house simulators and be deployed to schools, career fairs, trade shows and
public and private events throughout the state.
• Florence County School District 2: Supports the growth of the engineering pathway
curriculum by adding a STEM club for girls in middle school and expanding Project
Lead the Way engineering courses in high school.
• Town of Summerton: In partnership with Greenville Technical College, the grant
provides funding for the Summerton Hemp House Project, a student-led, green
building project that serves as a catalyst for green industry employment and training
opportunities using affordable housing and the environment as a context for learning.
• S.C. Independent Colleges and Universities: Provides nine $5,000 scholarships to
junior or senior engineering students at qualifying independent colleges and
universities in Duke Energy’s service areas.
• Francis Marion University: Supports creation of an Engineering Makerspace that will
provide a valuable resource giving students the opportunity to be creative while
becoming familiar with contemporary design and manufacturing equipment in use in
industry.

proven a challenge for many education organizations and programs across the state.

Fortum (Finland) to sell its district heating business in Järvenpää, Finland for approximately
EUR 375 million
Fortum has signed an agreement to sell its district heating business in the
Järvenpää-Tuusula area in Finland to a consortium consisting of Vantaa Energy
Ltd, Infranode, and Keva. The total consideration on a debt- and cash-free basis
is approximately EUR 375 million. Fortum expects to record a tax-exempt
capital gain of approximately EUR 290 million in the City Solutions segment’s
third-quarter 2020 results. The transaction is subject to customary closing
conditions and is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2020. The
transaction is a continuation of Fortum’s strategy execution, whereby Fortum
continuously reviews its businesses to optimize its portfolio for value creation.
In June 2019, Fortum announced it considered the strategic options for its
district heating businesses in Estonia and in Joensuu, Finland. This resulted in
the divestment of the district heating business in Joensuu in early January 2020.
In February 2020, Fortum announced it would review and consider strategic
options for the district heating businesses in Järvenpää, Poland and the Baltics.
In June 2020, Fortum agreed to increase its ownership to 100% in the Tartu
district heating business in order to increase the flexibility in potential future
options for the Estonian district heating businesses. The strategic review for the
district heating businesses in Poland and the Baltics is still ongoing and
proceeding according to plan.

strong expertise in producing district heating services in a sustainable way.
The share of renewable and carbon neutral energy forms in production has

Iberdrola (Spain) agrees deal for the acquisition of a majority stake in
eight projects from Svea Vind Offshore AB in Sweden
Iberdrola has agreed a deal to take “majority acquisitions” in the projects with the renewables company Svea Vind Offshore AB
for the future development of up to 9GW of offshore wind energy capacity in Sweden. Eight projects in total are in various stages
of development, and are expected to begin operations from 2029 onwards. They are grouped around two geographical clusters:
Gavle and Oxelosund. The framework agreement will allow Iberdrola in the future to take a majority stake in each of the offshore
projects being developed. SVO's first offshore wind farm, the 250MW Utposten I, is in the advanced stages of obtaining
environmental permits. The Swedish government aims to have 100 % of its electricity coming from renewable energy sources by
2040.In 2020 Iberdrola will make record investments of 10 billion euros, and the agreement in Sweden marks the fifth significant
advance in renewables for the company during the current Covid-19 crisis. This month the company announced the launch of a
friendly bid to acquire the Australian renewable energy company Infigen Energy. This followed the company's decision to
Increase its stake in a major offshore windfarm in France and the acquisition of French renewable energy firm Aalto Power for
€100 million. Two separate agreements to develop 165MW of onshore wind in central Scotland that could see investment of over
£150 million was also recently completed.

Centrica Business Solutions has extended its range of financing options with the launch of an Energy as a Service bundle that
includes the design, installation and financing of on-site power generation. The new service offers businesses seeking greater
control over their energy usage guaranteed cost savings without the need for upfront capital expenditure on equipment. Designed
specifically for firms looking to take investment in energy saving technology off their balance sheet, a typical project would see
Centrica Business Solutions design, install and maintain energy solutions alongside the supply of gas and top-up electricity, to
deliver guaranteed energy savings. Projects would then be repaid from the energy savings made over the contract term, while
simultaneously ensuring reduced energy costs for the customer from the outset. Energy as a Service deals typically include on-site
generation technology such as Combined Heat and Power units, helping customers to reduce energy costs and improve energy
resilience on site, as a result of being less reliant on grid power. Centrica Business Solutions’best in class energy trading services,
deliver additional savings through operating in wholesale and demand response markets. By delivering significant cash savings
in the short term, it aims to help businesses to recover more quickly from the COVID-19 shutdown. Such savings can then be
used to fund additional carbon saving measures - such as solar PV, energy efficiency measures and electric vehicle enablement -
which typically take longer to make a return on investment.

Dominion Energy (USA) Expands Help and Payment Options to Assist Clients
with Financial Difficulties

Dominion Energy Ohio is working to assist clients facing financial difficulties. To that end, it is offering more flexible payment
options for past due balances and expanding its financial contribution to EnergyShare, our assistance program for families and
individuals in need. The company remains committed to providing safe and reliable energy, even as the pandemic continues to
impact communities across the country. ominion Energy voluntarily suspended disconnection of service to late customers and
offered a diverse range of assistance options. That decision was later confirmed by the Ohio Public Utilities Commission.
Knowing that it is not possible to sustain this situation indefinitely, PUCO has asked the public service companies to present plans
to return to normal credit procedures. Consequently, the company today presented a plan to PUCO to begin the gradual return to
normal credit procedures in the coming months. The plan, unless modified by PUCO, sets Dominion Energy's schedule to restart
normal credit operations beginning after August 3. Going forward, the company will continue to evaluate all options to assist
customers, including suspension of reconnection charges and late payment charges. In the immediate future, the company
strongly recommends that customers take advantage of the resources available to them, among which the greater flexibility of

Dominion Energy is poised to assist Wyoming customers with more flexible payment plans for struggling residential and
commercial customers, and with additional financial support for direct billing assistance. The company remains committed to
providing safe and reliable energy while assisting those most in need. Dominion Energy voluntarily suspended disconnection of
service for late customers and offered a diverse range of support options. The decision was later confirmed by the Wyoming
regulatory agency. Knowing that it is not possible to sustain this situation indefinitely, the company today notified the Wyoming
Public Utilities Commission of its intention to begin a gradual return to normal credit procedures beginning July 20. Going
forward, Dominion Energy will continue to evaluate all options for providing assistance to customers, including continuing to
waive late payment charges and offer more flexible payment plans.

Enel (Italy) Green Power starts construction of wind farm expansion in United
States

Enel Green Power started construction on the 199 MW expansion of the Cimarron Bend wind farm in Clark County, Kansas. The
expansion, consisting of 74 turbines, will increase the wind farm’s capacity to 599 MW from the current 400 MW, making it the
largest wind farm in Enel’s North American portfolio. Construction, which will involve an investment of over 281 million US
dollars, is expected to be completed by the end of 2020. Cimarron Bend’s first two phases entered into service in 2016 and 2017,
involving an overall investment of over 891 million US dollars. Upon completion of the 199 MW addition, Cimarron Bend will
generate a total of more than 2.7 TWh per year, equivalent to avoiding 1.8 million tons of CO2 emissions. The electricity from a
150 MW portion of the expansion is being sold under a 15-year bundled power purchase agreement with electric services
company Evergy. The PPA will include support for Evergy’s Renewables Direct program, which allows commercial and
industrial customers to offset a percentage of their energy usage through renewable sources. In January, Evergy committed to
reducing carbon emissions 80% below 2005 levels by 2050.

Iberdrola has decided to expand the scope of its Iberdrola SuperAAwards by creating the New Iberdrola SuperA+ category. It will
recognize and support the best charitable initiative that has been undertaken during the COVID-19 crisis by athletes, federations
or other organisations related to the world of sport. Faced with the coronavirus pandemic, the company has made it a priority to
protect the health and safety of all its employees, ensure supply and continue to contribute to society, through boosting the
economy and employment in all the communities in which it is present. In this vein, and in order not to leave aside sports projects
and initiatives that promote the sport practiced by women, Iberdrola has decided to go ahead with the first in a new category of
these awards, which aims to become a benchmark in gender equality in sports. Iberdrola is, thus, adding the SuperA+ category to

SoCalGas (USA) Launches The "Fueling Our Communities" Program to Feed Vulnerable
Groups in Rural Parts of Central and Southern California

Southern California Gas Co. in conjunction with five regional charity organizations launched the "Fueling Our Communities"
program to provide free meals to individuals impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. The program, which is funded by a $500,000
donation from SoCalGas, will provide close to 140,000 meals to 40,000 individuals from underserved communities in Tulare,
Kern, Ventura, San Bernardino, Riverside and Imperial counties. The program will span over the summer season in 44 cities and
will feed seniors, students, families and migrant farm workers while stimulating local small businesses. SoCalGas is dedicated to
supporting the health, safety, and wellness of our community. In addition to supporting the 'Fueling Our Communities' events, the
utility has donated more than $2.5 million to nonprofit organizations to support the region's workforce, feed the hungry, provide
bill assistance to customers, and more as part of their COVID-19 recovery efforts. Together, the Sempra Energy family of
companies – including SoCalGas' sister California utility San Diego Gas and Electric, and the Sempra Energy Foundation – have
donated more than $12.5 million to those in need during this crisis.

EDP won in the Internal Event of up to 500 employees’ category with the Encontro Global de Comunicação and in the External
Event with more than 1,000 people categories with the EDP Knock Out Pitch @WebSummit. EDP Knock Out Pitch, a space
created in the latest edition of the Web Summit for startups to present their business ideas to EDP, was distinguished by being
placed in the category of "External Event for more than 1,000 people". Designed as a boxing ring placed on an elevated platform,
this space allowed entrepreneurs to fight for their project before EDP for an allocated time of one minute. During the three days of
the Web Summit, EDP Knock Out Pitch received more than 400 candidates - a record compared to previous editions. This initiative
brings EDP closer to startups, one of the strategic goals of the innovation area. The Fundacom Awards recognize excellence and

EDP was considered the most valuable Portuguese brand, according to a study by OnStrategy consulting company, which values it
at 2.571 billion euros. With a value almost 8% above the last year's evaluation and a rating of AA+, EDP stands out as the most
valuable among 25 national brands in various sectors, such as energy, banking, retail or telecommunications. EDP leads the
Portuguese brands ranking with higher financial value, an assessment derived from the combination of the expected and obtained
financial results, which represents a robust indicator of brand strength. The consulting company OnStrategy released their annual
study today on the Most Valuable Portuguese Brands, the result of an analysis in accordance with the ISO 20671 and ISO 10668
certification standards, which analyzes several attributes associated with the dimensions of emotional relationship, reputation,
experience, way of operating in the market, employees and health and financial results. Earlier this month, the 2020 Brand Finance
study was released, where EDP went up two places and is now the 14th most valuable brand worldwide in the utilities sector.
Among the 50 energy companies from different countries, EDP is also the only Portuguese company in this ranking. The value of
the EDP brand continues to grow in line with its own development and expansion in the 19 locations where it is present. With a
strong focus on innovation and renewable energy and a total commitment to sustainability and energy transition, the company

EnBW (Germany) secures Digital Lab Award for third time in a row for elite
innovation capability

EnBW’s Innovation Lab is once again among the winners of the Digital Lab Award. EnBW scored with the expert jury from
Capital, the German business magazine, and management consultants Infront for its outstanding expertise in scaling startups. The
Karlsruhe-based energy group’s in-house innovation unit, which launches and builds external and internal startups, has been
awarded the Digital Lab Award for the third time in a row. This year, EnBW scored for its elite innovation capability of being able
to scale up late-phase business models in a company builder. Last time, EnBW garnered an award for innovation development
together with acclaim as a multifunctional ‘Swiss army knife’ with regard to innovation. With this latest award in an additional
category, the innovation lab has shown, true to form, that it has other capabilities and can successfully deploy them in the
established innovation process. In this year’s iteration of the annual Corporations on the Track of Startups 2020 study, the
consultants zeroed in on the late, scaling phase of the innovation process at 44 established German corporate groups. The

Enel has been included for the first time in the MSCI ESG Leaders Indexes following the annual review carried out by the leading
Environmental, Social and Governance research and index provider MSCI of its sustainability indices. This capitalization-weighted
index series provides exposure to companies with high ESG performance relative to their sector peers. In addition, Enel has been
confirmed in the prestigious FTSE4Good Index series and Euronext Vigeo-Eiris 120 Indices. The indices, designed for institutional
investors willing to integrate ESG factors into investment decision processes, uses a best-in-class approach by only selecting
companies with the highest MSCI ESG Ratings, which measure a company’s resilience to long-term, financially-relevant ESG
risks. In 2019 Enel received for the first time the highest MSCI ESG rating, paving the way for the company’s inclusion this year in
the MSCI ESG Leaders Indexes, the most prestigious among MSCI’s index series measuring companies’ sustainability
performance. In addition, the inclusion is attributable to Enel’s continued investments in renewables and to its ambitious carbon

SoCalGas (USA) Named a 2019 Leader in Promoting Energy-Efficient Construction
by U.S. Environmental Protection Agency

Southern California Gas Co. announced its recognition by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency with an ENERGY STAR
Certified Homes Market Leader award for 2019. The award acknowledges SoCalGas' commitment to environmental protection and
energy efficient construction. In the last five years, SoCalGas has provided over $8 million in incentives to residential builders for
the construction of environmentally-friendly, energy efficient homes. SoCalGas account representatives support builders
throughout the construction process and provide each builder with an incentive check upon completion of the project. The award
comes as a result of the California ENERGY STAR New Homes Program Marketing Support Bonus SoCalGas offers as part of its
California Advanced Homes Program. The company also received the ENERGY STAR award in 2015, 2017 and 2018. SoCalGas
continues to be a leader in researching and developing new technologies that improve energy efficiency and protect the
environment. Between 2015 and 2019, SoCalGas energy efficiency programs delivered more than 208 million therms in energy
savings, enough natural gas usage for 127,000 households a year, and reducing greenhouse gas emissions by over 1,100,000 metric
tons, the equivalent of removing nearly 238,000 cars from the road annually. These advances have also helped save SoCalGas
customers over $229 million in utility bill costs.

contract for a 420 MWsolar project in India, which will be located in the State of Rajasthan and will be its first solar plant in the
country. The project was awarded under the 2 GW Ninth Tranche of the national solar tender issued by the government company
Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited. The construction of the solar plant, which is expected to start operations at the end of
2021, will involve an investment of approximately 180 million US dollars. Under the energy supply contract to be assigned to EGP
pursuant to today’s tender, the solar project will supply specified volumes of energy over a 25-year period to SECI. The facility will
be able to generate more than 750 GWh of renewable energy per year, enough to avoid the annual emission of around 681,600 tons

its path to achieving 100 GW of solar and 60 GW of wind power generation capacity by 2022, up from around 35 GW of solar and

go off-grid if too much electricity is being generated: A step on the way to the optimum utilization of renewable energy sources. The storage
facilities will also be offered in future for use by municipal utilities, industry and operators of decentralized generating units. The heart of the
storage system consists of retired batteries from Audi electric cars. Second-life batteries still have high capacity at the end of a vehicle’s life,
which makes them suitable for use in stationary storage facilities. The collaboration with EnBW provides Audi with a sustainable second use for
this valuable resource. As a first step, the two partners are building a reference storage facility to test various use scenarios on the site of the
EnBW combined heat and power plant in Heilbronn. Planning is already in full swing with construction due to begin this year. The reference

Vodafone in Spain

Iberdrola and Vodafone España have entered into an agreement to promote sustainability, with a long-term power purchase
agreement. The alliance reinforces Iberdrola's strategy to undertake renewables projects in Spain through bilateral agreements that
promote the supply of power at competitive and stable prices to large customers who are committed to sustainable consumption.
This alliance will enable the telecommunications operator to consume energy from renewable sources in Spain and to make
progress with its strategic framework as a sustainable, environmentally responsible company, having pledged to purchase only 100
% renewable energy by 2025 and to reduce its greenhouse gas emissions by 50 %. This agreement will mean that Vodafone España
will have complied with 75 % of its objective to buy energy produced by renewable means in 2021.Iberdrola will supply green
energy to 13,500 supply points from Vodafone's own grid in Spain. The contract will take effect in January 2021 and part of the
energy consumed - 140 Gwh/year of the total 540 Gwh/year - will be supplied under a PPA associated with a newly built renewable
asset, the Puylobo wind project, now under construction in Aragón. The remainder, 400 Gwh/year, will be supplied under another
agreement, that guarantees green energy through the delivery of the company's Guarantee of Origin certificates.

NTPC (India) signs MoU with IOCL & SDMC for development Waste to Energy Pilot Plant
at Okhla Landfill Site utilizing Municipal Solid Waste

India’s largest power generator NTPC Limited and Indian Oil Corporation Limited signed a bi-partite MoU and a tri-partite MoU
amongst NTPC, IOCL and South Delhi Municipal Corporation have been signed at Delhi for “Development of Waste to Energy
facility at Okhla Landfill site” in the august presence of Hon’ble Minister of Petroleum & Natural Gas and Steel, Hon’ble Minister
of State for Power and New & Renewable Energy & Minister of State and Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor of Delhi. Under the MoU,
it is proposed to set up Plasma Enhanced Gasification technology-based Waste to Energy pilot plant at SDMC Okhla Landfill site
utilising 50 TPD Refuse Derived Fuel & generating one MW of Electricity. The technology is eco-friendly as there are hardly any
flue gases or bottom ash waste. The Pilot Plant is being setup for Technology demonstration. NTPC is collaborating with
municipalities of East Delhi Municipal Corporation along with Kawas, Varanasi, Indore and Mohali. The municipal solid waste
will be segregated and processed to utilise combustion fraction for conversion to coal or for power generation, biodegradable
fraction for production of methane gas for use as bio CNG, and the recycled residue shall be used for construction purpose after
required processing.

independently funded and operated 501 nonprofit organization promoting economic and business development in the
state. Sempra Energy is dedicated to investing in the communities in which it serves and operates, including Texas. Over
the last three years Sempra Energy, Sempra LNG and the Sempra Energy Foundation have committed more than $2.5
million to nonprofit organizations providing services in Texas, in addition to the community investments of Oncor
Electric Delivery Company LLC, headquartered in Dallas. Sempra Energy indirectly owns approximately 80% of
Oncor. Sempra Energy continues to advance its presence in Texas as it focuses on growing in the most attractive markets
in North America. The company plans to open a "Center of Excellence" in Houston later this year. In addition to
expanded office space for regional business operations of Sempra LNG, the Houston Center of Excellence will

Irkutsk Oil LLC and Uniper have signed a long-term Helium Sales and Purchase Agreement for the offtake of a portion of the
liquid helium from INK’s future helium production from the Yaraktinsky field. The plant near Ust-Kut in the Irkutsk region in
Russia is currently under construction, with a scheduled start of production at the end of 2021. The Yaraktinsky plant is
expected to produce approximately 10 million liters per year of bulk liquid helium when it reaches full capacity. With decades
of experience as a world-class operator, off-taker and supplier of natural gas, LNG and coal, Uniper also manages an emerging
portfolio of liquid and gaseous helium. Uniper started its helium activities in 2017 when it purchased volumes from the US
federal helium reserve in an auction organized by the US Bureau of Land Management (BLM). Since then, Uniper has begun
building up its fleet of cryogenic ISO helium containers and has been active globally by sourcing directly from helium
producers and selling to industrial clients, resellers and research institutes in Europe, Asia-Pacific and the US. As one of the
largest gas storage operators in Europe, Uniper also analyses opportunities to store helium in underground facilities.

Samaritan Center in Jefferson City and the Hope House of Miller County in Lake Ozark. Every summer brings the challenge of staying cool
as temperatures rise, especially for seniors, the physically disabled and low-income families. That’s why Ameren Missouri is once again
partnering with Cooldownmissouri.org, a not-for-profit public education and resource charity, to help vulnerable customers beat the heat
this summer. This year's air conditioner donation marks the 20th anniversary of Cooldown Missouri’s “Save their Seniors” Cooling Summer
Project and the 15th year of participation by Ameren Missouri, resulting in more than 8,500 window air conditioning units delivered to
qualified seniors and physically disabled customers across the region. The air conditioners are ENERGY STAR®-certified units, and on
average, cost less than a dollar a day to operate. Cool Down Missouri, which stretches as far as the Missouri Bootheel and Jefferson City
and Columbia, works with a consortium of more than 34 social service and governmental agencies in coordinating efforts to make sure
utility bills are paid, and brand-new energy efficient air-conditioners are distributed to those who qualify.

Vectren's (UK) integrated resource plan selects significant renewables; diversified
generation portfolio designated as low-cost customer solution

Vectren, a CenterPoint Energy company, presented a preferred portfolio to diversify its electric generation fleet in the coming years. The
plan ensures reliability and mitigates risk, while saving electric customers an estimated $320 million over the 20-year planning period.
Nearly two-thirds of the energy included in the new plan will be generated from renewable resources, reducing reliance on carbon fuels and
lowering carbon emissions by nearly 75% from 2005 levels. The plan replaces some older coal generation units with significant renewables,
including a large percentage of universal solar. Vectren's fourth and final public stakeholder meeting was conducted as part of the year-long
integrated resource planning process, which is overseen by the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission. Vectren's IRP, submitted every three
years to the IURC, demonstrates how the company plans to generate and deliver safe, reliable and reasonably priced electricity to its
southwestern Indiana customers through a forecast spanning 20 years. This plan, which considers public stakeholder input, the outcomes of
an All-Source RFP, and a wide variety of economic variables is the second consecutive IRP to demonstrate the utility should move toward
resource diversity.
