EACH MENTORING CONNECTION IS MANUALLY REVIEWED AND
APPROVED BY THE PROGRAM TEAM
Mentoring connections are based on a range of criteria, including
skills, educational background, your mentor’s current and previous
roles, and what you’re both looking to get from the program.
Each mentoring connection is manually reviewed and approved by
the program team

11. MENTORING MEETINGS
We recommend partnerships meet at least fortnightly (six times)
across the program
Meetings can be conducted virtually or in-person, at the discretion
of the partnership
We encourage mentees to take the initiative and set up mentoring
meetings where possible

14. CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
In order to receive your certificate of completion, you must:
Attend one of the mentee induction sessions
Attend at least two other program events
Meet regularly with your mentor throughout the program
Complete the program survey

Chronus is the online platform which helps
facilitate the mentoring process.
Chronus provides for the easy access of key
resources including:
