This 5-day Course is totally 'hands-on'
Participatory – and based firmly on Len’s
“Skills-Transfer” Methodology. There is No
dreary note-taking – No boring lectures –
No seat-warming – and No “death-by-
power-point”…!! Like Len puts it:
Training should not just give knowledge, it
must give skills, change behaviour and
attitude; the “©GRID Training Method”
has been designed to ensure permanent
skills-transfer and change in attitude which
is essential to employee and organizational
development.

country, by "releasing the trainer" that
exists in every person - and training
them professionally, to teach and train
others, in the skills they possess.
Participants need No previous
experience, particular education, or
background.
This totally-participatory course is
presented in an atmosphere of warm
approval, in a "safe" environment,
where no-one gets hurt - and is
conducted over 5 intermittent-days
of "hands-on" training. It admits a
minimum of 15 and maximum of 25
participants per session. The
participants sit in small working groups
- 4 or 5 to a table. Each participant
receives a comprehensive,
SETA-accredited, “Trainers Resource
Manual”, and a Journal (Workbook).
the Trainer
runs several practical exercises, the
outcomes of which enable the
participants to identify and start using,
their hitherto-hidden, personal
strengths. After lunch, the Trainer runs
a 2-hour training event, using the
©GRID Training Method, with
demonstrations of its practical
workings and infinite versatility, in
designing, constructing, and
professionally presenting measurably

CERTIFICATE
with the Trainer's
input and guidance - the participants at
each table, develop skills in "Training-
Design", and in assembling of a variety
of "Presentation Activities", using the
"©GRID Training Method". This
includes each table's planning of their
own, 1½ hour training event, which
they then present "up-front", to the rest
of the class - with each table member
being assigned to, and presenting, an
equal portion of this event. As these
events unfold, each participant is
individually coached and guided by the
Trainer.

on a subject of their own choice, and
which they have personally designed.
This is the Course's "Qualifying Event"
- and occurs with all 5 tables in action,
simultaneously. The Trainer closely
monitors and evaluates the participants'
presentations for evidence of their
competence, and of their meeting all
other requirements necessary to
receive their totally-qualified,
