The document proposes a Health Management Information System (HMIS) to improve healthcare across the state. The objectives are to provide structured health management, increase institutional deliveries and immunizations, track diseases, and increase health awareness. The HMIS would include modules for hospitals, clinics, health centers, and national health programs. It would allow centralized data collection and reporting to help plan resources and monitor health programs. The proposed system aims to make processes more transparent, communication faster, and scale the system statewide using web technologies.
The importance of Program Management and Change Management in eHealthBart de Witte
A presentation giving an overview why European countries should focus more on the transformational character of eHealth instead of focusing on the technological part.
Keeping up with tech trends can be difficult, especially when it comes to healthcare — an industry that’s fast-evolving, notoriously complex, and shouldering an ever higher demand — but it is crucial.
Here’s an overview of the tech trends that are having the greatest impact on small to mid-sized practices, along with input from Staples Business Advantage Director of Healthcare Technology, James Clarke, on the importance of keeping pace.
From remote patient monitoring to antimicrobial devices, discover the technology that’s helping practices meet a wider range of patient needs, boost efficiency and improve the overall quality of care for patients.

Enterprise Health Clouds Disrupt Traditional
Healthcare Information Technology Vendors
The enterprise health cloud market is growing rapidly because
healthcare companies are realizing that digital transformation is very critical to survive and thrive in the 21st Century.
Enterprise health cloud vendors (such as Salesforce, Microsoft, IBM etc.) have cloud platform offerings that combine traditional "software" with security, compliance & governance, predictive, exploratory analytics, collaboration and decision-making (AI) capabilities all for a monthly subscription with $0 investment any hardware or software.
Vendors that can integrate systems of record (multiple "SSOT" - Single Source of Truth), cross-platform inter-operative capability and even cognitive capabilities. Such platform offer access to a thriving developer communities where members can post questions, problems and have it resolved quickly without any formal support. True digital transformation is closer than ever before in Healthcare.

CDSCO and Phamacovigilance {Regulatory body in India}NEHA GUPTA
The Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (CDSCO) is India's national regulatory body for pharmaceuticals and medical devices. Operating under the Directorate General of Health Services, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India, the CDSCO is responsible for approving new drugs, conducting clinical trials, setting standards for drugs, controlling the quality of imported drugs, and coordinating the activities of State Drug Control Organizations by providing expert advice.
Pharmacovigilance, on the other hand, is the science and activities related to the detection, assessment, understanding, and prevention of adverse effects or any other drug-related problems. The primary aim of pharmacovigilance is to ensure the safety and efficacy of medicines, thereby protecting public health.
In India, pharmacovigilance activities are monitored by the Pharmacovigilance Programme of India (PvPI), which works closely with CDSCO to collect, analyze, and act upon data regarding adverse drug reactions (ADRs). Together, they play a critical role in ensuring that the benefits of drugs outweigh their risks, maintaining high standards of patient safety, and promoting the rational use of medicines.
