 Giving free wifi only to download this app inside the

 As of now there is no primary competition
 The app has to be developed and maintained very well
to avoid any potential competitors
 Customer feedback should be given great importance
 Since it is a new app the idea should not be
squandered by giving too many ads

this app

  • 3. Promotion  Advertising on the app  Educating people about the app  Making the app an open source  Giving free wifi only to download this app inside the store  Making the app more user friendly and secure the transactions
  • 4. Competitions  As of now there is no primary competition  The app has to be developed and maintained very well to avoid any potential competitors  Customer feedback should be given great importance  Since it is a new app the idea should not be squandered by giving too many ads
  • 5. Strategy  Implement this idea in a well known super market  Support your user friendly app with evidence  Give free points for customers who add their friends to this app  Make bonds with markets for at least 6 months of period
