I can\'t see the image.. but geometric isomerism occurs when there is a double bond between two carbons. And, the substituents attached to each carbon must be different. So one carbon cannot have two Hs attached then geometric isomerism is not possible. However, one carbon can have an H and a CH3 and the other carbon can have H and CH3 and geometric isomerism will occur, provided there is a double bond.
