They used Premiere Pro to edit footage, Photoshop to create promotional materials, and YouTube and Blogger to share their work. A Canon video camera, tripod, lighting, and SD card were used to film footage, which was edited on iMac computers. Planning and research was done in PowerPoint, Word, and Storyboard That. The final video was shared through their blog by uploading to YouTube.

A security company conducted scans of customer servers, desktops, and laptops. The results found that 87% of desktops stored credit card data and 36% stored social security numbers. Over half of breaches are caused by employee error or maliciousness, costing companies on average $48,843 per desktop/laptop breach and $301,098 per server breach. The highest risks detected were $300 million on an employee computer and $400 million on a server. For a mid-sized company, just a few employee computer breaches could cost over $2 million. Implementing the security company's software could help prioritize the highest risk devices and reduce a company's total exposure by millions of dollars.
