Examples: I am so hungry I could eat a whole cow. This an example of hyperbole  because you really could not eat a  whole cow no matter how hungry  you are. In this example you  are emphasizing your hunger.
Examples: "I've heard that a million times.” This is an example of hyperbole because it is exaggerated to  sound impressive.
Examples: "I nearly died laughing.” This is an example of hyperbole because you couldn’t simply die from laughing. In this example it is obvious that it is said to  sound impressive.
Examples: "She is a hundred feet tall.” This is a hyperbole because  exaggerated to sound impressive.  She could not be literally a  hundred feet tall.
