All modules together usable on training set or you can choice one of them. Electrical
elements are placed on a board made of aluminum with tihckness 4-5 mm for get
more space and easy of use. Thus, more element to be used in narrow area.
Command elements are done as single units instead of divided form. The benefit of
this; elements in case of malfunction or damage; the present system can be
modified
Control panel can be removed in a few seconds for the mounted on the table as a
channel. Closed and sealed on all sides to prevent ingress of dust. 4 mm measure
born socket are used on the panel; so all electrical connections are made easily by
banana cable.

5. COUNTING AND BUZZER MODULE: 48x48 mm digital counter provide high
precision operation counting settings. Digital switches enable easy preset count
settings. 2x4 Count. İt has 2 input (max. 9999Hz, 5V-30V pulse). Selectable
counting frequency 25-9999 Hz. NO ve NC relay for output. Protection class IP65 for
Front panel , IP20 for rear panel. Sensor input type PNP,NPN or encoder. Easy
programming and setting.
Counter and buzzer unit can be used alone. Timer and counting module can be used
together according to the selected feature of the elements as in the figure below
when a shortage of places.
6. OPTICAL ENCODER MODULE: 50 mm diameter aluminum injected body.
Spindle manufactured from stainless steel that 8 mm diameter. 100 pulse, 4000
RPM. Supply voltage 5-24VDC. Protection class IP 50, it has 6 cables.
Optical encoder unit can be used alone but this choice is not suitable for practice or

9. PROPORTIONAL DIRECTIONAL CONTROL VALVE UNIT: The primary
function of the valve is to direct and meter fluid flow in proportion to current received
by the solenoid. This fluid flow controls the velocity, direction and acceleration or
deceleration of a work cylinder or hydraulic motor.
Power supply; 24V DC x 50W. Reverse-polarity protection. All outputs short-circuit
protected. PWM, short-circuit protected. Ramp-time Min. 50 ms and adjustment
rate 50 ms - 5s. Max. solenoid current; 1,6A. Deadband compensation; factory
setting (% of max. spool stroke)%25

9. PROPORTIONAL PRESSURE CONTROL VALVE UNIT: An electro-hydraulic
proportional relief valve designed to regulate pressure in a hydraulic system in
proportion to an applied electrical input. These open-loop, single-stage valves can
be used for direct control of pressure in low flow systems or for pilot control of larger
pressure controls and for such applications as pressure controlled pumps.
Power supply; 24V DC x 40W, max. voltage range 20-34V (including ripple) and
reverse polarity protected. Ramp-time; min. 20 ms and adjustment rate 20 ms-2s.
Max. solenoid current; 1,6A with short circuit protected. Power drive, pulse-width
modulated (PWM). Gain control.
The power amplifier has five voltage inputs (one inverting) and a current input for 0-
20 mA. The “set minimum” and “gain” adjustments allow the amplifier to be easily
tuned to the proportional pressure control valve. The ramp potentiometer on the
front panel simultaneously adjusts the output acceleration and deceleration. The
ramp function is normally enabled; it can be permanently disabled by an external
wire link, or selectively enabled/disabled using a remotely located switch. Monitor
points on the front panel allow measurement of the conditioned command input
signal (after set minimum, gain and ramp functions) and of the solenoid current. The
latter is scaled to give 1 volt per ampere.
