THE CHALLENGE
As a global retailer in a highly competitive and saturated market, Hunter was looking
to acquire new customers for its seasonal and core products. It was important for the
retailer to work with a display partner who could bring new customers into the funnel.
Enter Quantcast.
THE SOLUTION
Quantcast worked with Hunter to tag key conversion events, including the shopping
cart and confirmation pages, throughout the online purchase process. Quantcast
analyzed the users’ behaviors and built a unique audience profile based on the retailer’s
ideal online converter. Combining its Beyond Big data set and Predictive Intelligence,
Quantcast then matched the unique profile against its real-time view of the web, and
through data pass-back was able to predict the likelihood and expected value of a
conversion in order to tailor ad delivery to even more potential high-value consumers.
THE RESULTS
Quantcast’s predictive machine learning delivered high-value customers and
measurable results for Hunter:
•	 10:1 ROAS, 2x the campaign benchmark.
•	 25% of all Q2 conversions were attributable to Quantcast.
•	 Quantcast-driven prospects converted 3x more than the overall average site
conversion rate.
