Introduction
The role of women in the productivity of
organization.
• The reasons for hiring and empowering more
women within organizations are enough.
Among them is the diversity and workforce that
produces its inclusion and therefore the
expansion of the creative, innovative and
competitive spectrum of work teams, which is
reflected in a better work environment and a
significant increase in productivity and
effectiveness of the business of the company.
Women Negotiating
A recent study has found that women are sometimes
more able to bring negotiations to a successful conclusion
that their male colleagues.
Advantages of women in business:
-Women can help to implement a truly humanistic
vision of life that is much more in line.
-As a general rule, women tend to encourage
participation and give much value to interpersonal
communication.
-In a managerial position, women tend to rely more
on cooperation than on competition
-Unlike many men, women do not see participation
and delegation as a threat to their authority
Disadvantage of women in business:
-Women in mid-management positions are criticized
for being too “cooperative” and “compassionate”, so
they don´t get promoted.
-In some cases women don´t reach CEO positions.
-Managers commonly choose successors and
colleagues who are most similar to themselves, men
are more likely to promote men.

Women and men have different
jobs and often work in different
sectors. The sectors in which
women predominate offer lower
wages than those dominated by
men.
Benefits by eliminating the wage gap
The creation of a more just and
egalitarian society
The creation of quality jobs
The decrease in the number of judicial
proceedings and complaints processes
Women VS Men
Women Men
Women are more generous in their offers,
more motivated to create win-win results.
Men are starting to pick up on the benefits of
a softer touch
In women when increase the cortisol (stress
hormone) seemed actually to improve
decision-making performance.
the tendency to take more risks when under
pressure is stronger in men
Women are inclined to be more inquisitive,
wanting to hear everyone’s thoughts before
deciding. They spend more time finding the
ideal solution.
Men tend to end a conversation once they
connect with a good idea or solution
Women show relative strength in tasks that
call for assimilating and integrating disparate
pieces of information.
Men tend to excel in tasks that depend on
sheer processing.

victim, due to her instability in
employment and her professional
hierarchical subordination.
CONCLUSION
Therefore, we must demand from our governments that our equality does not
harm anyone, but rather, on the contrary, serves us to feed one another with that
healthy and equal competition. It is true that important efforts are being made
and we must recognize them positively. However, we can not cease our
commitment to the search for equality.

  • 3. The role of women in the productivity of organization. • The reasons for hiring and empowering more women within organizations are enough. Among them is the diversity and workforce that produces its inclusion and therefore the expansion of the creative, innovative and competitive spectrum of work teams, which is reflected in a better work environment and a significant increase in productivity and effectiveness of the business of the company.
  • 4. Women Negotiating A recent study has found that women are sometimes more able to bring negotiations to a successful conclusion that their male colleagues.
  • 5. Advantages of women in business: -Women can help to implement a truly humanistic vision of life that is much more in line. -As a general rule, women tend to encourage participation and give much value to interpersonal communication. -In a managerial position, women tend to rely more on cooperation than on competition -Unlike many men, women do not see participation and delegation as a threat to their authority Disadvantage of women in business: -Women in mid-management positions are criticized for being too “cooperative” and “compassionate”, so they don´t get promoted. -In some cases women don´t reach CEO positions. -Managers commonly choose successors and colleagues who are most similar to themselves, men are more likely to promote men.
  • 6. Ç Different jobs, different sectors Women and men have different jobs and often work in different sectors. The sectors in which women predominate offer lower wages than those dominated by men.
  • 7. Benefits by eliminating the wage gap The creation of a more just and egalitarian society The creation of quality jobs The decrease in the number of judicial proceedings and complaints processes
  • 8. Women VS Men Women Men Women are more generous in their offers, more motivated to create win-win results. Men are starting to pick up on the benefits of a softer touch In women when increase the cortisol (stress hormone) seemed actually to improve decision-making performance. the tendency to take more risks when under pressure is stronger in men Women are inclined to be more inquisitive, wanting to hear everyone’s thoughts before deciding. They spend more time finding the ideal solution. Men tend to end a conversation once they connect with a good idea or solution Women show relative strength in tasks that call for assimilating and integrating disparate pieces of information. Men tend to excel in tasks that depend on sheer processing.

  • 10. Culture that do not promote women negotiations Japanese culture: Prefer negotiation with men Arab culture: They refuse to dialog with women in negotiating tables. Sexual harassment. The woman becomes the main victim, due to her instability in employment and her professional hierarchical subordination.

CONCLUSION Therefore, we must demand from our governments that our equality does not harm anyone, but rather, on the contrary, serves us to feed one another with that healthy and equal competition. It is true that important efforts are being made and we must recognize them positively. However, we can not cease our commitment to the search for equality.
