 ability and personality characteristics
 of    the    current    workforce    via
 attraction, selection, and attrition

 Mightwork too well in some cases if
 these processes lead too much
 homogeneity of certain individual
 characteristics.

 long run effects may be negative if it
 constraints an organization’s ability to
 adapt to changes in its environment.

 recognize that there may be potential
 costs as well.
