Human Resource Management (HRM) plays a vital role in organizations. It is the process of
recruiting, selecting, training, developing, and managing employees to achieve organizational goals
effectively and efficiently. The importance of HRM can be discussed in the following points:
1. Recruitment and Selection: HRM is responsible for recruiting and selecting the right people
for the right job. It helps organizations to attract and retain skilled and talented employees.
HRM ensures that the recruitment process is fair, unbiased, and follows all the legal and
ethical requirements.
