HTML5 is a markup language that improves and extends HTML to support the latest multimedia and complex web applications. It introduces new markup and APIs and is a potential candidate for cross-platform mobile applications. Tizen is an open-source mobile OS based on Linux that incorporates modules from MeeGo. It is designed for use in smartphones, tablets, TVs and cars and supports HTML5 and WAC web technologies for developing flexible and powerful apps.

The new BlackBerry 10 is likely to be launched in Q1
of 2013, it’s based on QNX which was acquired by

arrive on January 2013.
