A competitive scenario where the participants are General Managers of a team and participate in a Draft Day process.
This gamified training includes a variety of potential players, virtual currency, salary caps, time limits, and draft pick seeding. After teams are formed the theme will continue to weave through the pre-written training to include Spring Training and Regular Season Game scenarios along with various unforeseen barriers and good-luck chance encounters that will alter any “expected” outcomes.
