shares what it is like to return to work after depression, what has helped
her move forward and what can be done to keep one’s recovery to avoid
a relapse. An author, artist, public speaker, and civil servant, Tamara has
learned how to jump hurdles, overcome adversity and take life with its
challenges, in stride!

(CVRP); The Vocational Rehabilitation Association of Canada (VRAC);
National Institute of Disability Management and Research (NIDMAR)
and the Canadian Association of Disability Management Coordinators,
Diana brings years of experience to understanding the core issues and
challenges faced by workers returning to the job. This session is critical
to understanding how to support staff as they undergo transition back
