Background
DGH Group, a medium sized independent
flooring company, were looking for a team
building and progressive development
programme for their employees when they
were approached by Jilly offering NVQ
qualifications.
Solution delivered
Jilly Bayford our local Skills Adviser from
Business Link met with the Director Paul

Accounts Manager Yvonne. Together they
