 Stop the equipment if any abnormal sound.
 Do wear your PPE.
 Clean Multi - cyclone purging line regularly.
 Exercise good housekeeping. Clean all tools after each use and
store them properly.
 Inform to service department if any spillage, any abnormal
sound immediately.
 Keep work area clean and well-lit.
 Press the emergency button in LCS and ensure the complete
power off respective electrical equipment before initiating any
maintenance.

 Stop the equipment if any abnormal sound.
 Do wear your PPE.
 Clean Multi - cyclone purging line regularly.
 Exercise good housekeeping. Clean all tools after each use and
store them properly.
 Inform to service department if any spillage, any abnormal
sound immediately.
 Keep work area clean and well-lit.
 Press the emergency button in LCS and ensure the complete
power off respective electrical equipment before initiating any
maintenance.

 Do not touch parts under electrical power.
 Do not misuse safety appliances.
 Leave machines running without supervision.
 Distract an operator while operating a machine

 SOURCE OF CONTAMINATION:-
o Counter measures :
1. Water line provided for road cleaning.
2. Shed has been provided to protect from rain water and sun
heat.
 Leakages (Multi-Cyclone Conveying line)
o Counter measures :
1. Conveying pipeline will be replaced or patching will be done.
2. Daily Inspection to avoid leakage.
3. Dumb valve will be placed if found damaged.
4. Rubber seal will be placed if found damaged.
 Roads (Dust)

Do's Don'ts
1. Always stay away from all moving
equipments.
1. Don’t start HR fan without clearance of
Mechanical and Electrical department
2. If any abnormal sound then stop the
fan.
2. Don’t start HR fan without getting clearance
from TG operator.
3. Keep an eye on HR inlet temperature
(Not more than 3500C).
 Make sure all PTW is released.
 Ensure that no one is working in HR fan area.
 Ensure that all inspection doors are in close position.
 Ensure that process water pump is in running condition.
 Make sure bearing cooling water line all valves are in open position.
 Check water pressure and flow as per requirement.
 Ensure that all interlocks are in line.
 Start HR fan with minimum RPM.
 Increase HR fan RPM gradually as per requirement.

3. Ensure that all inspection doors are in close position
4. Ensure that all valve are in line
5. Ensure air pressure is sufficient
6. Check pipe line are fully cleared
7. Start conveying system
8. Ensure that all interlocks are in line

Keep an eye on HR inlet temperature (Not more than 3500C).  Make sure all PTW is released.  Ensure that no one is working in HR fan area.  Ensure that all inspection doors are in close position.  Ensure that process water pump is in running condition.  Make sure bearing cooling water line all valves are in open position.  Check water pressure and flow as per requirement.  Ensure that all interlocks are in line.  Start HR fan with minimum RPM.  Increase HR fan RPM gradually as per requirement.
