TimeYou must set regular times to meet, plan, act and reflect. Create a yearly timetable for sub-branch and executive meetings.Your plan will tell you and your team what to do, when, and why. Turn your list of goals into a to-do list and make people responsible, set dead lines!Your fundraising will help power your plan. Your treasurer has only one duty, MONEY. Finding it, following it, and dispensing it.Making time to celebrate as a sub-branch and reflect as a union team will make you stronger. Always look forward for solutions, celebrate your school, your profession and your union.
