 customers on Facebook

Getting started
• Create a Page as an administrator
• Gain access to “Facebook Insights” Dashboard
• View activities, behavior, statistics etc.
• Find out who are the most active fans and contribute the most
• Post news/updates to your entire fan base or target updates to
  specific demographics only!
• Target your updates based on e.g. gender, age or location
• Develop custom applications to integrate with your Page
• Add custom tabs to your Page
Facebook Insights Analytics Tools
       Statistics limited to “Fans” only
Capitalize on content
• A wealth of data provides an excellent user insight, page insight
  etc. (anonymous aggregate data only)
• Monitor sharing metrics, broad demographics, shared stories
  and links e.g. by gender/age, “likes” and so on…
• Great visual overview through charts and graphs
• Discover what your audience finds most relevant and capitalize
  on that
• Display trends on the public and semi-public walls across
  Facebook
• Target ads on segments by age, gender, location, language etc.
Target your message
• Page Admins have the ability to send updates to a specific
  demographic audience ONLY
• Page Adminscan publish posts, links, videos, images etc. to
  fans based on location and language for instance.
• All other fans will never see these posts in the News Feed
• You can then target specific messages to specific groups
