WHAT IS STRESS??
• Stress is a psychological and/or physical response to a stressor or trigger.
• Stress can be caused both by normal or positive events, as well as by unusual or
negative events.
• Stress is subjective. What stresses you out may not do the same to me, and vice
versa.
• Stress is a part of life. Our goal is to find healthy ways to cope with and manage
our stress.
