world as is stands today- rife with
its problem and injustices-and Z is
the utopian dream of
tomorrow.But the visionary can
see the B to Y,these represent the
steps between A to Z.- the
processes, people and partnership.
 Symptomatic or systemic
perspective
 There is no shortage
of problems in the
world but when you
run around chasing
every opportunity to
make thing better
,you dilute your
efforts and ultimately
undermine your
impact
 A nonprofit’s staff is
the linchpin of its
work.
 You may have great
partners and an
engaged board, the
people conducting
your day to day
activities represent
how your
organization lives in
the real, everyday
world.
