How To Make Your Google
Drive Simply Intuitive for
Social Media Integrations

In this tutorial you will learn
how to

set up your account

Create
folders,
Docs and
Sheets

Share and Collaborate

Edit in Different Modes

Comments and use Tags

First, go to your browser & type…

Then you
can access
your
Google Drive
Account.

There are two ways to do this

Click below right side of your browser

And this will pop-up

The other way is to go to your browser

And type https://drive.google.com

This is how Google Drive looks…

For your Google
Drive Free
version, you will
have 15 Gigabytes
of storage

These are
the main
parts of
your Google
Drive

To create a folder click…

You will see this pop-up…

Click this…

Type the folder name…

After typing click…

Here’s your new folder…

To create a New document, click

Then click “Google Docs”…

A new window will open…

To continue, click this…

Here’s your new document window

Rename your untitled document, click

Rename it to: Personal stuff…

This doc is on the Personal stuff Folder

When you close your document…

It is automatically saved in your Drive as shown

The same
procedure
when
creating
Sheets.

Click “NEW”

Click “Google Sheets”

To change Sheet file name, click…

The new Google Sheets file name

Again when
you close
the created
Google
sheet file

It is automatically saved in your Google Drive

Next let’s do…

First go to your Google Drive

Then “drag”and “drop” these

To this folder…

To share this folder…

You click this icon…

You will see this…

Then, you
type the email
to whom you
will share this
folder with

Email address is added…

You can add “note” to your recipient…

You may let
your recipient
“edit” or “view
only” the folder
you are
sharing…

Tick which option

Then click…

You can
modify other
collaborating/
sharing
options of
your Google
Drive, how?...

Go to your drive…

Select which Folder…

you will see this…

Then click this

This area is highlighted

Type recipient’s email…

And click this…

To choose
more
collaborating/
shareable
features…

As shown here

You can share this Folder to these Social Media Platforms

Anyone whom you tag/link/email can view…

Click send…

Click done…

Now let’s do
Editing in Various
Modes…plus
leaving comments

Here’s a sample doc

To share this
blog post to a
collaborator in
order to “edit”
this doc…

This will appear…

Enter the collaborator’s email

Change the settings to let them edit

Change “can view” to “can edit”

…so, click this

Then add your collaborator’s email

…then click Send

…to put a
“comment” on
a blog post and
share this to a
collaborator

…go again to this Google Doc

Highlight which part of Doc to comment

…then you click

Write your comment/s

…then click

…you will see this

In order to add a
“Tag” to a
collaborator…

…highlight a text in a doc

…then click this

Put “+”
before the
email of the
person you
want to tag…

as you can see here

Tick this and click Assign…

You now tag
this person &
he will get a
notification
email for him
to respond…

When the person you tag responds, he clicks

…and then clicks

…you’re now in the “Suggesting” mode

So, if you highlight this phrase & delete it

It will look like this…

…the deleted words
becomes your
suggestion….and the
person you have tag
can reply/respond
to such suggestion

He either accepts or rejects the suggestion by
clicking…

Your Google
Drive dashboard
becomes a real
time
communication
tool…
