Maximize Your Social
Media Management Skills

Shareist is a content
market platform

that helps individuals and
teams to manage

their whole content

used to create bigger

for blog posts, email
newsletters and eBooks.

You can connect all the
services you already publish
to (like Twitter, Facebook…)
and manage them from “one
place”.

This so called “one place”
is Shareist.

In this tutorial, you will
learn how to

Create a project, do
research, put it in your
Inbox & schedule social
media posts.

Also, optimize how to use
the Social areas of
Shareist.

To begin, go to your browser,
I choose Chrome browser…

Type: www.shareist.com & hit enter

This is Shareist webpage

Click the “get started” button

This will appear…

Let’s create your Shareist
account

In the boxes, fill in your
details…

Then click…

Here’s your Shareist
global dashboard…

Your new shareist account
comes with a “31-day PRO
TRIAL” version

Let’s create a “project” to
enable full use of the
features of Shareist…

By the way, Project would
mean:
Content, client, website,
topic, or a blog

Click this…

This will appear

Fill in your details in these boxes

Project shortname is also subdomain

Keywords will allow Shareist
to gather content/s base on
the words you enter.

After completing the details…

…you will see again
the global dashboard
with your “new
project” in it.

Your new project is here

To go to your project
dashboard…

then click this

You will now see your
“Physical Therapy”
Project Dashboard

Next, let’s “connect” your
social media account/s to
Shareist…

You will see this…

Let’s connect our
Facebook(FB)…you may
also connect with your FB
Page or FB Group

Click this

Since I have connected with
shareist before…I have
replaced the old connection
with this one…

Edit the time slots that your
content/s from shareist will
be shared to your Facebook…

Click this

Edit/add the time you want
shareist to post your
contents to you Facebok
account…

Type Slot name…

Then Click Save…

These are your preferred
time slots for posting:

Let’s also connect our
“Pocket” app to Shareist.

You scroll down & click…

You will be directed to
the pocket website…

Let’s connect Getpocket to
Shareist using Google Plus
account

Click this…

You will see this…

...then just click

You’ll get back to the
Dashboard and see this…

“Getpocket” app is now connected

...all contents with these
parameters will be auto-
imported to your Shareist
“Inbox”

Keywords set here…
Will go to Shareist Inbox

When you go back to
your Dashboard…

Your Facebook is now connected

& a Quick share time setting is done

There are 3 main areas of
Shareist namely: Research,
Social and Publish.

As shown in your Project Menu Bar

for this tutorial let’s
focus on Research &

Social areas then do
simple sharing/posting

Shareist Research

Is where you capture content/s/
images from URL, RSS, 3rd party
apps like Getpocket; and store
them into your Inbox

To do this,Click…

And this will appear

To capture content in the RSS, click…

Click “Select a Source”

Select the specific topic here

Click “Save to Inbox”

After you save the
contents you capture,
click your Inbox

Here are your saved
contents inside your
Shareist Inbox

To share/post a
content to your
Facebook account…

Put a check mark on this…

As it appears on the right side

Then click Action
button above…

Then click advanced share

A new window will pop-up
and this will appear…

Let’s change the Heading text…

Click this one…

Change this statement

to this…

Then click Save…

To connect to Facebook, click

Then click “Next slot”…

Adjust the date, time, etc..

Here are the posts schedules…

When you go back to the
old window and refresh
the page, you will see
this…

Now, share thru“Quick share”

Click “share now”

Then Click….

You will see this

Check your Facebook
account to see what you
have just shared…

Shareist Publish is for
ebooks/newsletters
which may need
another tutorial…
