To make Neapolitan Dippin' Dots at home: 1) Scoop vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry ice cream into separate bowls and melt in the microwave. 2) Pour liquid nitrogen into disposable styrofoam bowls. 3) Use flavor injectors to slowly drip the melted ice cream into the liquid nitrogen, which will freeze the ice cream into small balls resembling Dippin' Dots.

2. Neapolitan Dippin Dots

3. What you will need:
 Vanilla, Chocolate and Strawberry Ice
Cream
 Crystal Bowls
 Styrofoam Bowls (Disposable)
 Three Flavor Injectors
 Plastic Spoon
 Liquid Nitrogen

4. STEP 1
 Take a scoop of each flavor and put it
in a crystal cup (individually).

5. STEP 2
 Place the three cups in Microwave
Oven long enough for it to melt into a
thick liquid. (30-40 seconds)

6. STEP 3
 Pour ½ a cup of liquid nitrogen into all
three Styrofoam cups.
 Take three flavor injectors and fill them
up with melted ice cream.

7. STEP 3
 Slowly drip the melted ice cream into
the liquid nitrogen.
 Once the cup is full, take the plastic spoon
and put the dots in a separate Styrofoam
bowl.

8. STEP 4
 Let the Dipping Dots cool down for
about 10 minutes.
 Stir the Dippin Dots to separate them.
